The Chews want to ratchet things up, let them. This is only reinforcing Armenia's position for all the people that really matter. Russia, China and our only real trading partner Iran. Russia can't turn a blind eye to this and she won't. China hates toorks and they are having issues with them. China loves what is going on now because all the oil the West won't buy it will.

So buckle up, all this nervous talk about Armenia not being a Geostrategic location or that no one really cares are not true.

Anyone still wondering what is happening with all this flights too and from Russia with our heavy lift aircraft need not wonder any more. This time around we are finishing this.

«ՀԱՊԿ կառավարման մարմինների և Հավաքական անվտանգության համակարգի ուժերի ու միջոցների կազմավորման օպերատիվ և մարտական պատրաստության համատեղ միջոցառումների 2012թ. ծրագրի» համաձայն 2012թ. սեպտեմբերի 3-ից 8-ը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում կանցկացվեն ՀԱՊԿ Արագ արձագանքման հավաքական ուժերի /ԱԱՀՈՒ/ «Փոխգործակցություն-2012» համատեղ զորավարժությունները:

«Փոխգործակցություն-2012» զորավարժությունների թեման է «ՀԱՊԿ հավաքական անվտանգության համակարգի ուժերի և միջոցների կիրառումը Կովկասյան տարածաշրջանում ՀԱՊԿ արագ արձագանքման հավաքական ուժերի մասնակցությամբ»:

Զորավարժությունների նախապատրաստման և անցկացման ընդհանուր ղեկավարումն իրականացնում է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարը: Զորավարժությունների ղեկավարման շտաբի կազմը որոշում է հայկական կողմը` ՀԱՊԿ Միավորված շտաբի համակարգմամբ` ներառելով ՀԱՊԿ անդամ-պետությունների պաշտպանության նախարարությունների, շահագրգիռ նախարարությունների և գերատեսչությունների, ԱԱՀՈՒ ազգային զորակազմերի հրամանատարության, ՀԱՊԿ անդամ յուրաքանչյուր պետությունից ներգրավվող զորքերի /ուժերի/ ներկայացուցիչներին:

Զորավարժությունների մտահաղացման հիմքերի, մասնակիցների կազմի, զորավարժություններում ներգրավվող զորքեր /ուժերի/ և միջոցների, ղեկավարման կազմակերպման համաձայնեցման և զորավարժությունների ծրագրի լրամշակման նպատակով 2012թ. փետրվարի 28-ից մարտի 1-ը Երևանում կկայանան զորավարժությունների առաջին շտաբային բանակցությունները` ՀԱՊԿ անդամ-պետությունների պատվիրակությունների, ՀԱՊԿ քարտուղարության և Միացյալ Շտաբի, ՀՀ շահագրգիռ նախարարությունների և գերատեսչությունների մասնակցությամբ:

If they bought Arrow-2 Systems it means its for our scuds i bet , from last parade they got afraid and go on shopping frenzy again !!

arrow 2 can't be exported by israel without US approval, cuz US funded part of the the project.

Զինվոր Արման Սեդրակյանին սկզբում տարել են Նոյեմբերյանի հոսպիտալ, սակայն ժամեր անց տեղափոխել են Երեւանի կենտրոնական կլինիկական զինվորական հոսպիտալ: Ներկա դրությամբ նրա առողջական վիճակը բավարար է:

ՀՀ ՊՆ քննչական ծառայության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ավագ սպա Մերի Սարգսյանը հայտնեց նաեւ, որ տեղի ունեցածի կապակցությամբ ՀՀ ՊՆ քննչական ծառայության 6-րդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ 34-104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով` սպանության փորձ հատկանիշներով:

Նշենք, որ Արման Սեդրակյանը զորակոչվել է Էջմիածնի զինկոմիսարիատից` 2010թ-ի երկրորդ զորակոչին:

"No details were given about what might have set off the violence, although Xinjiang see periodic outbreaks of anti-government violence by restless members of the region's native Turkish Muslim Uighur ethnic group.

The Xinhua News Agency said rioters armed with knives attacked victims in Yecheng county outside the city starting at about 6 p.m. They killed 10 people and police shot two assailants to death, the report said.

Xinhua said police were chasing others involved in the attacks but did not say how many suspects there were.

The report could not be independently confirmed. Chinese authorities maintain tight control over information and the circumstances surrounding such incidents are often murky.

The periodic attacks in the region occur despite a smothering security presence imposed following 2009 riots in the regional capital of Urumqi that pitted Uighurs against migrants from China's majority Han in which almost 200 people died.

Xinjiang saw more deadly violence last summer, when a group of Uighurs stormed a police station in the city of Hotan on July 18 and took hostages, killing four. Then, just days later on July 30 and 31, Uighurs in Kashgar hijacked a truck, set a restaurant on fire and stabbed people in the street.




Authorities said 14 of the attackers were shot by police in Hotan, and five assailants were killed in the violence in Kashgar.

China says those events were organized terror attacks, but an overseas Uighur rights group says they were anti-government riots carried out by angry citizens. Uighur (pronounced WEE'-gur) activists and security analysts blame the violence on economic marginalization and restrictions on Uighur culture and the Muslim religion that are breeding frustration and anger among young Uighurs.
