A corrupt official won't lift a finger for under 9000$, neither will even a provincial mafiosi, so $10000 will indeed do it - $1000 for the actual villagers and $9000 for bribes and similar natural wastages in order to deliver that $1000.
    Plenipotentiary meow!

      I'm dissapointed by Armenia's response.
I think there will soon be a response bro. I know that as Armenians we don't like to read such news, and want an end to this madness ASAP, but as long as these elections are hanging on the balance, and Karabakh is busy with the preparations for the May 9 parade, for which it has invested a significant amount of soldiers and weaponary, I don't think we will see a response before the 10th of May, until everything has returned to its normal state.

Guys 1000 was just a number so we could understand the concept.

I would pay more for pumpooshet fund and giving people options of where they can put money is a good idea.

Lets hope the May 10th puts on a good show, otherwise this is going to get worse. I'm torn between showing what we got to showing them nothing.

Any response must be unproportional or it will have no effect.....Azerbaijan can effort to loose more lives before et lurj tase soveren.

There should be no reason to wait for an answer from Yerevan.....Armenian life is not cheap.
