What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

            Google translated,

            "Iskander" reached to Armenia

On Friday, the social networks were made at the rehearsal of the parade in Yerevan (dedicated to the celebrated September 21 the 25th anniversary of Armenia's independence) machines photos tactical missile complex "Iskander". Receive comments from representatives of the Armenian Defense Ministry was unable to phone the representative of "Rosoboronexport" on Sunday did not answer. But the two managers of the Russian military-industrial complex confirmed the supply of "Iskander" complex in the amount of one division of the Armenian Army, adding that "Rosoboronexport" it is irrelevant: these weapons were purchased on the basis of agreements on arms transfers in the CSTO, bypassing the Russian state intermediary.

At the end of last year on the official website of the Russian legal information were published application to the Russian-Armenian agreement on a loan in the amount of $ 200 million allocated for arms purchases. The complex "Iskander" in this document are not mentioned, and, according to the manager of the enterprise of the defense industry, the contract for the delivery is concluded without the involvement of the proceeds of this loan.
"Iskander" The complex was built in the 1990s - early 2000s. in the Kolomna Machine-Building Design Bureau (KBM now part of the holding "Precision Systems" State Corporation "Rostec"). Until now, this high-precision and long-range system (range of export options - up to 280 km) is not able to export to any country. In 2005, a contract was signed for the supply of "Iskander" in Syria, but it was not carried out at the request of the Government of Israel.

According to Colonel Victor Murakhovski stock, the minimum possible to the delivery unit of the complex "Iskander" - division with four launchers (two missiles each). We can assume that such a number and delivered to Armenia, expert says. The missile can be equipped with a high-explosive fragmentation and cassette warhead with self-elements and an effective means of destruction of command posts, artillery positions and staffs, including reactive adds Murakhovski. In this capacity, "Iskander" and interested in the Armenian army. According to the person close to the Ministry of Defence of the countries - members of the CSTO, after supplies to Azerbaijan from Russia, Ukraine, and Israel's long-range multiple rocket launchers in Armenia there were fears that they would be used for attacks on Human Settlements, and in April the Minister of Defence Azerbaijan Zakir Hasanov threatened to cause "devastating" blow to Stepanakert (Khankendi), the capital of the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. According to "Vedomosti" the interlocutor, the complex "Iskander" can be a serious deterrent to implement such plans.

So apperantly we got 2 launchers and 2 loaders of Iskander-M.

As far as i understand we didn't/don't have to pay money for this. Russia delivered them(by using CSTO agreements) to maintain the broken balance of the region to prevent another war.

Nice to know there are still people in Russia who has some common sense after all.
