99% of Armenian newspapers are western financed including armenianow. the other day i read how emos are growing in armenia and fkin armenianow is actually showing and convencing people to do so. Where do you get that statistic from? Most Armenians get their news from television namely the state channel H1 or Armenia tv channel. I think it's fair to have a mix of news sources some Western, some Russian, and some strictly Armenian.

PanARMENIAN.Net - Aftenposten Norwegian newspaper posted another portion of WikiLeaks cables, declassifying data on drug transfer from Iran through South Caucasus and Russia.

The cables state Iran-Black Sea transit routes to be as follows: Iran-Azerbaijan-Georgia –Black Sea; Iran –Azerbaijan-Russia-Baltic States; as well as those going through NKR territories.

“UNODC as well as Azerbaijani officials believe that senior Armenian political and government officials, including former President Ter-Petrossian, are personally profiting from narcotics trade,” the cables dated September 26, 2008 say.

If it were about Robert Kocharian, ArmeniaNow would have made ten articles in two days about this, but as it is their Western ally, they are keeping silent. Dirty spies.

I read news.az almost everyday along with my other Armenian news sources. Of course not to get news, but just see what kind of propaganda they are spewing against us, sometimes interesting to read actually. In my opinion the most reliable Armenian news source is tert.am.

I agree with Mos, ArmeniaNow seems a bit off. The worst one was when a Jooish writer on a Armenian Online newspaper suggested we forgive genocide and put differences aside and make peace with Turkey and Azeri's.

Indeed, they are denigrating and bashing our country an people all day. There are almost never positive articles about our country, and if so, they also write "negative" things in the positive article to remain "unbiased", but in negative articles they never write the positive side (for example, they don't mention that car imports are a normal thing all around the world).

An ArmeniaNow reader must;

- begin to get depressed
- hate the Armenian culture
- hate the government
- want a Western-style revolution
- leave Armenia
- see Armenians as a backward nation
- become fiercely anti-Armenian
