Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.

    Ըստ Le Monde թերթի, Պատրաստեց Պ. Ք.

    Սիրիայի հարավումՙ Ջեբել Թուրքմեն լեռան շրջանում ապրում են արաբացած թուրքմեններ եւ երազում են վարչակարգի տապալման մասին, որին մեղադրում են սուննիներիՙ իրենց դավանակիցների հալածման մեջ: Թուրք-սիրիական սահմանում տիրող լարվածությունը կարող է հանգեցնել Դամասկոսի եւ Անկարայի պատերազմին: Քանզի սահմանամերձ գոտում հաստատված ապստամբների վրա սիրիական բանակի արձակած որոշ արկեր ընկել եւ պայթել են Թուրքիայի տարածքում, հարուցելով թուրքական բանակի կտրուկ հակազդեցությունները:

    Կառավարության եւ ընդդիմության հակամարտության սկզբնական շրջանում համեմատաբար խաղաղ Ջեբել Թուրքմենը աշխուժացավ այս տարվա հունիսին: Չորս օր տեւած մարտերից հետո տեղացի ապստամբները գրավեցին լեռան գլխավոր քաղաք Ռաբիեն: Նախորդ երկու ամիսներին թուրքմենները կառավարական ուժերից խլել էին շրջակա գյուղերը: Այդ մասին Le Monde թերթի թղթակցին պատմել է տեղացի աշխարհազորայիններից մեկը: Նա ավելացրել է, որ Ռաբիեի ազատագրման օրը բոլոր պաշտոնյաները հեռացել են այնտեղից: Դպրոցը փակ է, դիսպանսերըՙ նույնպես: Կառավարությունը դադարեցրել է աշխատավարձերի վճարումը: Մինչեւ սեպտեմբերի սկիզբը Ռաբիեն թիրախ էր կառավարական զորքերի թնդանոթների համար, որոնք տեղադրված էին Բուրջ Ալ-Քասսաբի բարձունքի վրա: Երբ ապստամբները գրավեցին այն, վտանգի աղբյուր դարձան բանակի ուղղաթիռները: Դրանք բնակիչների վրա նետում են ինքնաշեն ռումբեր, որոնք Սիրիայում ստացել են «տակառներ» անվանումը: Թուրքմեններից շատերը ռումբերից փրկվելու համար հատում են սահմանը եւ անցնում Թուրքիայի տարածք:

    Ապստամբները աստիճանաբար մոտենում են ծովափնյա Լաթաքիա քաղաքին: Հոկտեմբերի կեսերից մարտեր են մղվում Բալողան լճի մոտակայքում: Սակայն նոր իրավիճակը կարող է գեղատեսիլ Ջեբել Թուրքմենը ներքաշել միջդավանանքային պատերազմի մեջ: Մի գյուղը կարող է դուրս գալ մյուսի դեմ: Թուրքմենները ամեն անգամ ալավիների գյուղեր մտնելիս զգուշանում են, որ հանկարծ որեւէ մեկին չվնասեն: Սակայն ալավիները նախընտրում են «փախչել Լաթաքիա եւ ապաստանել վարչակարգի գրկում»:

    Վարչակարգը եւ ապստամբները միմյանց մեղադրում են այն բանում, որ ապստամբների ձեռքն անցնելուց հետո հրկիզվել է ալավիների Կինդեսիե գյուղը: Վարչակարգը փորձում է կանգնեցնել ապստամբների մուտքը ալավիների տարածքներ: Սակայն թուրքմենները մտադիր են «Թուրքիայի ալավիների հետ գործակցելով ձախողել Բաշար Ասադի ծրագիրը»:

    Ծայր հարավում ապստամբները պատրաստվում են հարձակվել Թուրքիայի սահմանակից, հայաբնակ Քեսապ գյուղի վրա, որտեղ ապրում են նաեւ թուրքմեններ: Գյուղը դեռ սիրիական բանակի վերահսկողության տակ է: Թուրքմեն ապստամբները մտադիր են գյուղը գրավելով ծով դուրս գալ եւ ազատորեն հաղորդակցվել Թուրքիայի հետ, ծովով զենք ներկրել եւ այլն: «Ես Քեսապի մեր հայ եղբայրներին նախազգուշացնում եմ, որ հեռանան նախքան ապստամբական բանակի հարձակումը, որպեսզի զերծ մնան քաղաքացիական անձանց կորուստներից եւ շարունակեն գանգատվել թուրքերի գործած ցեղասպանությունից», հայտարարել է թուրքմեն ապստամբը:

      An Azeri was killed in Syria today fighting against the Syrian Army in Aleppo. This is the third case of an Azeri being killed there. We need to do some covert coordination with them Syrians.

        The Israelis are worried about Syria's stockpiles of chemical weapons falling into the wrong hands. The FSA can't even agree amongst themselves on a leadership structure. Let alone run a country. The Islamists have made a mistake in Syria and that war is bleeding them nicely.

            Ինչպես հայտնում է Aleppo Armenians [լինկ] ֆեյսբուքյան խմբի ադմինիստրատոր Հրաչ Քալսահակյանը, Իդլիբ նահանգի հայաբնակ Յակուբիե գյուղը կառավարական զորքերի հետ ծանր բախումներից հետո անցել է ապստամբների ձեռքը:

            Նույն աղբյուրի հավաստմամբ մարտերի ընթացքում երկու կողմերը տասնյակ զոհեր են տվել:

            Ապստամբները գրավել են Հայոց Առաջնորդարանին պատկանող նորակառույց շենքը և շրջակա տարածքը, ինչպես նաև խուզարկել գյուղի տները:

            Ապստամբները գյուղի բնակչությանը հավաստիացրել են, որ նրանց վտանգ չի սպառնում, այնուամենայնիվ գյուղի բնակիչները պատրաստվում են լքել գյուղը՝ ենթադրելով, որ շուտով կառավարությունը ռմբակոծելու է ապստամբների դիրքերը:

            Այս լուրը ճշտելու համար Razm.info-ն փորձեց կապվել Սփյուռքի նախարարության հետ, սակայն նախարարության աշխատակիցը տեղեկություն չուներ, իսկ ԱԳՆ խոսնակի հեռախոսահամարները անհասանելի են եղել:

            Իդլիբ նահանգում ընդհարումները սկսվել են 2011 թ սեպտեմբերից: 2012 թ փետրվարին ապստամբներ գրավել էին նահանգի մայրաքաղաք Իդլիբ քաղաքը, բայց մարտի 13-ին Սիրիայի բանակը ազատագրեց այն: Ըստ ընդդիմադիրների տվյալների՝ նահանգում ընդհարումների ընթացքում զոհվել է 900 ապստամբ, 1000 զինվոր և 500-1000 քաղաքացիականներ:

            Յակուբիեն տեղակայված է Սիրիայի հյուսիս-արևմտյան Իդլիբ նահանգում՝ Թուրքիայի Հաթայ նահանգի սահմանի մոտ: Միջնադարում այդ տարածքում եղել են շատ հայաբնակ գյուղեր, սակայն ներկայումս մնացել են միայն երեքը՝ Յակուբիեն, Քեսաբը և Ղնեմիեն:

                    Here is a map of Aleppo. Even though it's about a month old, it should still clarify the overall situation. The red zones are the ones that the FSA have taken over. The stars represent the zones where most Armenians are located. The blue line on the right is the road to the airport and in the current circumstances it's very hard reaching the airport. Many have been kindnapped/killed on the way. Therefore, most of the Armenians and Christians haven't left the city yet.
