Republicans are putting a hard fight in order to nominate and pass their own candidate as prime minister. Karapetyan, Nslbandian and other republican leaders are contacting diffrent countries reps in order to secure support. Nalbandian and a group is in Russia trying to get and audience with Putin in Kremlin.
Also, they are trying to buy time by notgiving in before May 1st in the hopes that Velvet Revolution May get tired and fractured so won’t put up a big fight on that day.
There has been very active attempts by other parties to negotiate power share with Pashinian. I other words the bazar is happening like in a bee hive to secure or protect shares of power or weaken the revolution.
On other hand so far police and power structures looks like rejected karapetian’s attempts to declare emergency situation which would give them rights to stop demonstrations. Vladimir Gasparian’s declaration yesterday shows that he may have told republicans that police will not interfere on either side.
Any power structure leadership probably is aware that if given support to Republican Party, they will have to do the dirty work of drawning the revolution in blood, which in case of republican failure will bring not just loss of their positions, but also a criminal prosecution by new government.
They probably are asking, for whom and if it’s worth going against their own people.
Kremlin is probably waighing the benefits and demages possible if helping Karapetian and republicans on account of making Armenian nation angry and as strong enemies of Russia as Ukrainians and Georgians.
The only decisive factor here is the unwavering public resolve in getting rid of republicans.

May 1st parliment is voting for new prime minister. Is the HHK party in it? Nicol said they should not participate so are they going to have their nominee too or they are not participating?

Դաշնակցական նախարարներն ու մարզպետերը հրաժարական տվեցին։

ՀՅԴ հանրային կապերի գրասենյակից տեղեկացնում են, որ տարածքային կառավարման եւ զարգացման նախարարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Դավիթ Լոքյանը, ՀՀ կրթության եւ գիտության նախարարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Լեւոն Մկրտչյանը, ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը, ինչպես նաեւ ՀՀ Շիրակի մարզպետ Արթուր Խաչատրյանն ու ՀՀ Արագածոտնի մարզպետ Աշոտ Սիմոնյանը ներկայացրել են իրենց հրաժարականի դիմումները:

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Այս օրերին դատական համակարգում դատավորներից մի քանիսը սկսել են հերթով «հիվանդանալ»: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով` դատավորներից ոմանք տեղեկանք են ներկայացնում առ այն, որ առողջական խնդիրների պատճառով չեն կարող ներկայանալ դատարան:



Միայն թե համառ կասկածներ կան, որ նրանք այդպես են վարվում այս օրերին անցկացվող հանրահավաքների եւ սպասվող իշխանափոխության պատճառով, առավել եւս, երբ դատական համակարգը մասամբ պարալիզացվել է, եւ դատական նիստեր տեղի չեն ունենում:



Մեզ հասած տեղեկություններով` նման տեղեկանք ներկայացրած դատավորները Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանից են՝ Դավիթ Գրիգորյանը, Վարդան Գրիգորյանը, Արմեն Վարդապետյանը, Մարինե Մելքոնյանը: Չնայած «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում նրանցից Մելքոնյանն ու Գրիգորյանը պնդում էին, թե իսկապես հիվանդ են, ստացիոնար բուժում են ստացել կամ ստանում են»:

Սիրելի երիտասարդնե՛ր, Հայրենաբնակնե՛ր և Արտերկրից ժամանածնե՛ր



Քաղաքացիական Սարդարապատի առճակատման փուլը մոտենում է ավարտին։



Հաղթում է Հայ ժողովուրդը, Հայաստանի Քաղաքացին։



Սակայն պատերազմը դեռ երկար է տևելու։



Մեր պատմության ընթացքում գրեթե չկա պարտված ճակատամարտի դեպք, սակայն պարտված պատերազմները քիչ չեն։



Պատերազմը, մեր այսօրվա պարագայում, Արցախյան շարժմամբ սկսված ազգային-ազատագրական պայքարն է։



Պատերազմը շահելու համար դուք պետք է մնաք պայքարի մեջ և առաջնորդեք այն շատ ավելի լայն՝ Ռուսաստանի գաղութատիրությունից ազատագրվելու և ազգային-քաղաքացիական ինքնիշխան պետություն կառուցելու ակոսով։ Դա պատերազմի ներկայիս հանգրվանն է։



Այդ ակոսից դուրս չգալու և արդյունքի հասնելու համար դուք պետք է շարունակեք ճնշումը գաղութային համակարգի բաղադրիչների և առանձին ներկայացուցիչների վրա՝ մինչև նրանց լիակատար վնասազերծումը և ռևանշի վտանգի չեզոքացումը։



Դրա համար, օրինակ, հարկավոր է բացառել ՀՀԿ-ի և նրա ղեկավար ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությունն առաջիկա արտահերթ ընտրություններին։ ՀՀԿ-ն պետք է արգելվի և, որակվելով հանցավոր համագործակցություն, ենթարկվի քրեական պատասխանատվության։ Բացի այդ, որոշումներ կայացնելու մակարդակի բոլոր պաշտոնյաներն ու գործիչները, որ ռեժիմին են ծառայել, պետք է ցմահ զրկվեն պետական կառավարման և տեղական ինքնակառավարման պաշտոններ զբաղեցնելու իրավունքից։



Սրանք ապագաղութացման և լյուստրացիայի առաջնահերթ նվազագույն քայլեր են, որոնք կերաշխավորեն ռևանշի խափանումը և ազատ ընտրությունները։



Արտերկրաբնակ երիտասարդնե՛ր։



Շատ ողջունելի է, որ գալիս եք Հայաստան և տեր եք կանգնում երկրին։



Հույժ կարևոր է, որ Արտերկրից դեպի Հայրենիք երիտասարդ հայորդիների հոսքը շարունակվի, հզորանա և ակտիվորեն մաս կազմի ազատագրական պայքարին և պետականաշինությանը։



Գիտցե՛ք, հոգնել չկա՛, հուսահատվել չկա՛, եղեք նպատակասլաց և իրավատեր։
