Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling

What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

      2012-ին Արագածոտնի մարզում խաղողի տարածություններն ավելացել են 264 հեկտարով` կազմելով 1835 հա

      Արագածոտնի մարզում 2012 թվականին գյուղատնտեսության բնագավառում ծրագրերը հիմնականում ուղղվել են ֆերմերային եւ գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների կերարտադրության, արհեստական սերմնավորման, կաթնարտադրության խթանման, հացահատիկային կուլտուրաների սերմարտադրության, սորտաթարմացման, անասնապահության եւ դաշտավարության զարգացման գործընթացներին: Ներդրված ընդհանուր գումարը կազմել է 9692.3 միլիոն դրամ, որը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ ավելացել է:

      Արագածոտնի մարզպետարանի մամուլի ծառայությունից հայտնում են, որ 2012 թվականին, ընդհանուր առմամբ, կատարվել է 23940 հա. հացահատիկի եւ հատիկաընդեղենի, 1569 հա կարտոֆիլի, 978 հա բանջարեղենի եւ 158 հա բոստանային մշակաբույսերի ցանք: Խաղողի տարածություններն ավելացել են 264 հեկտարով եւ ներկայումս կազմում են 1835 հա: Պտղատու այգիների ընդհանուր տարածքը կազմել է մոտ 5212 հա, որը նախորդ տարվա համեմատությամբ ավել է 330 հեկտարով: Նախորդ տարվա 5500 տոննայի դիմաց 2012 թվականին մարզի խաղողագործներից մթերվել է 6200 տոննա խաղող:

      Տարվա ընթացքում մարզին տրվել է 175 տոննա հացահատիկի սերմացու: Գյուղացիական տնտեսություններին կենտրոնացված կարգով մատակարարվել է նաեւ 2835 տոննա ազոտական պարարտանյութ, 1400 տոննա դիզելային վառելիք: Այս հատկացումները շարունակական են եւ իրականացվելու են նաեւ ընթացիկ տարում:

        Այսօր տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ կառավարության հերթական նիստը, որը վարել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը։

        ՀՀ կառավարությունը որոշել է հողօգտագործողներին 2013 թվականի համար մատչելի գնով դիզելային վառելանյութ և ազոտական պարարտանյութ ձեռք բերելու նպատակով պետական աջակցության ծրագրերն իրականացնելու` սուբսիդիա տրամադրելու համար ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությանը հատկացնել ավելի քան 3 մլրդ 16 մլն դրամ։

        Աջակցության շնորհիվ հանրապետություն ներկրվելիք ավելի քան 27 հազար տոննա ազոտական պարարտանյութի 50 կիլոգրամանոց ամեն մի պարկը հողօգտագործողին կվաճառվի 6 հազար դրամով, ավելի քան 17 մլն լիտր դիզելային վառելանյութի ամեն մի լիտրը` 350 դրամով։ ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարին հանձնարարվել է նաև ազոտական պարարտանյութի ձեռքբերման նպատակով «Բերրիություն» ԱՄ-ի Մասիսի շրջանային միավորում» ՍՊԸ-ին երեք ամիս ժամկետով տրամադրել ավելի քան 3 մլրդ դրամի չափով բյուջետային վարկ։

        ՀՀ կառավարությունը որոշել է ՀՀ մարզերի` առաջնահերթություն պահանջող հիմնախնդիրների լուծման ուղղությամբ իրականացվելիք աշխատանքների համար հատկացնել մոտ 7.5 մլրդ դրամ։ Որոշումը թելադրված է այն հանգամանքով, որ դպրոցաշինության, բնակարանաշինության, ճանապարհաշինության, ջրամատակարարման և այլ ոլորտներում կան մի շարք հիմնախնդիրներ, որոնց լուծումը մարզերի համար մեծ կարևորություն ունի։

          Provision of 50 thousand hectares of Syunik pastures to Iran may be a
          serious danger for Armenia, a number of environmentalists said at a
          news conference on Saturday, expressing their concern over the issue.

          Botanist Karen Afrikyan said years later these lands will undergo erosion.

          `Our cattle breeders know very well how the pastures should be used
          they just do not have means. Farmers were cheated so much that they do
          not believe anyone. They say they will return the lands unharmed, it
          is a lie, forget it,' the botanist said.

          On January 14 a delegation headed by Syunik province's governor Suren
          Khachatryan departed for Iran's East Azerbaijan Province where
          memorandum of agricultural cooperation was signed between the two
          provinces.

          Within the framework of cooperation, it is intended to give Syunik
          pastures to Iran's East Azerbaijan Province for rent. According to the
          same memorandum, 50 thousand hectares of pastures will be provided for
          ten years. Another 200 hectares will be provided for settlement. At
          least 50 thousand cattle will pasture there.

          Iranian Armenian activist Sarmen Shainjanian said after the Turkic
          nomadic tribes come to Armenia they will not go back and will build a
          school and a kinder-garten and will settle in Armenia for good.

          Another activist Gegham Galstyan said the Turkic Iranians may collect
          military secrets and report them to corresponding places.

          `This issue should have first of all been discussed with the residents
          of Syunik. The governor does not have right to go and sign anything
          and impose it on people. We have applied to the governor's office, we
          even applied to the National security, but all in vain,' he said,
          adding that they will not stop and will fight till the end to prevent
          the entrance of Turkic nomadic tribes to Armenia.

            «Երբ ես եկա Հայաստան, իմ կողմից առաջարկված նախագծերից մեկն այն էր, որ Հայաստանում զարկ տրվի անասնապահությանը: Հայաստանը գյուղատնտեսական երկիր է եւ անասնապահության համար ունի շատ մեծ ներուժ: Ցավոք, անասունների թիվը բավարար չէ: Մեր կատարած ուսումնասիրությունների համաձայն, այստեղ գյուղատնտեսական կենդանիների գլխաքանակը կարելի է հասցնել 7 միլիոնի: Եվ եթե դա հաջողվի, եկեք տեսնենք, թե դա ինչ կարող է նշանակել Հայաստանի տնտեսության համար: Իրանը իր 75 միլիոնանոց բնակչությամբ մսի լավ շուկա է, եւ Իրանին ամենամոտ երկրներից մեկը Հայաստանն է: Հայաստանը կարող է տարեկան 2-3 միլիոն գլուխ ոչխար արտահանել Իրան: Նշեմ, սակայն, որ դեռեւս ոչ մի պայմանագիր չի ստորագրվել»:

            Դեսպանը հավելեց` եթե որեւէ փաստաթուղթ ստորագրվի, այն չի կարող գաղտնի լինել, եւ բնականաբար, պետք է հավանության արժանան երկու երկրների խորհրդարանների կողմից:

            Հայաստանի գյուղատնտեսթյան նախարարության տվյալներով, այսօր մեր երկրում կա մոտ 1 միլիոն 350 հազար գյուղատնտեսական կենդանի` կովեր, ոչխարներ, այծեր, խոզեր, ցուլեր եւ այլն: Միայն ոչխարների թվաքանակն այսօր կազմում է շուրջ 590 հազար:

            Սյունիքի արոտավայրերը վարձակալությամբ իրանցիներին հանձնելու մասին տեղեկությունները դժգոհության ալիք են բարձրացրել հանրության շրջանում. մտավախություն կա, թե գործարքը կարող է բնապահպանական, տնտեսական եւ անգամ քաղաքական խնդիրներ առաջացնել Հայաստանի համար:

            Պաշտոնական Երեւանը հերքում է, թե հարցի առնչությամբ որեւէ պայմանավորվածություն կա Թեհրանի հետ:

            Անդրադառնալով հայ-իրանական երկաթգծին` դեսպան Ռեիսիին ասաց, թե հայ-իրանական հարաբերություններն ունեն ռազմավարական նշանակություն, իսկ երկաթգիծն էլ «շատ կարեւոր նախագիծ է»:

            «Անհրաժեշտ է ֆինանսավորում ապահովել այս ծրագրի համար: Այս նախագծի հիմնական խնդիրը տնտեսական է: Ռուսական մի ընկերություն, որը Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններում է աշխատաում, Հայաստանի Տրանսպորտի եւ կապի նախարարության հետ այդ նախագծի ուսումնասիրման համար փաստաթուղթ է ստորագրել: 18 ամիս պետք է տեւեն ուսումնասիրությունները, եւ հենց ավարտվեն պետք է սկսվեն նախագծի կյանքի կոչման աշխատանքները: Մենք Հայաստանի իշխանություններին վստահեցրել ենք` ձեր տարածքում շինարարական աշխատանքները սկսվելուն պես, մենք մեր ֆինանսական միջոցներով անմիջապես կսկսենք երկաթգծի կառուցման աշխատանքները Իրանի տարածքում: Վստահ եղեք, որ այդ նախագիծը անպայման կիրականանա: Վստահեցնում եմ ձեզ` եթե բարձրակարգ ճանապարհ լինի, յուրաքանչյուր շաբաթվա վերջին 5-10 հազար իրանցիներ կգան Հայաստան` այստեղ իրենց հանգստյան օրերը անցկացնելու», - ասաց դեսպանը:

            Դեսպանը, ըստ էության, խուսափեց ուղղակի պատասխանել «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի հարցին, թե ինչ ազդեցություն կունենան Իրանի նկատմամբ ամերիկյան վերջին պատժամիջոցները հայ-իրանական առեւտրատնտեսական հարաբերությունների վրա` ասելով, թե Հայաստանն այն սակավաթիվ երկրներից է, ուր թույլատրված է արտահանել իրանական մոտ 50 տեսակի ապրանքներ, որոնց արտահանմումը արգելված է այլ երկրներ:

            Նույն հարցին Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարության արձագանքը հետեւյալն էր. - «Հայ-իրանական թափանցիկ համագործակցությունը ընթանում է միջազգային իրավունքի շրջանակներում»:

              This shows how bankrupt the Government is in ideas and projects to develop sectors of the economy.

              On the one hand it is incapable to address the migration issue which is bleeding the country,
              yet nobody is able to say this is so low technology that with a few subsidies, incentives and some “training”
              we can encourage our hard-up villagers to take up this opportunity.


              The ironic thing is that the Presidents election campaign slogan is "safe and Strong Armenia".
              Politics is not about the pursuit of morality nor what's right or wrong
              Its about self interest at personal and national level often at odds with the above.
              Great politicians pursue the National interest and small politicians personal interests

                    This shows how bankrupt the Government is in ideas and projects to develop sectors of the economy.
                    Now back to reality! Gross agricultural production totaled AMD 291,5 bln in Jan-July 2012, increasing by 10,2% as compared to the same period of 2011

                      What matters is how are available resources being used not an abstract output number.

                      It free land is available why cannot Armenian shepherds graze their sheep and become small/medium size farmers.
