I don't get the point of this thread. What is considered white? Can't you see what color you are? Can't you see what color your Armenian friends are? What will happen if you find out if you're white or not?

I have some Armenian friends who are snow white, while some who are dark brown, some are blond, some are dark haired, some have green eyes, some have black. In a place like Anatolia/Caucasus where almost all major races have passed by, we have absorbed many elements from different races. If I have to choose one color, I'd say "dark white," or between white and brown, if that makes sense. Who cares anyway?

And I will join the fun on being suspicious about you, DennisTheMen. Translate this for me (don't try Google Translate, there's an invented word in there, but you should be able to figure out what it means if you're Armenian):

The majority of Armenians are not white, the majority of Azerbaijanis and Iranians are non-white as well, even though most of us like to think we are white or have ever been white.

I have no interest in bowing down to Euro-Centrism.

but please don't compare Armenians to Azeris and Iranic-Mongrels.

Armenians might not be white in major... but that's understandable..

we have many assimilated Armenians in our society which is why are probably over 10M in population...

however Iranians are not white and only have Aryan blood because of the Scythians who were a Nomadic-Barbarian Iranic-Tribe.

Another stupid thread. Armenians are white, Caucasians to be exact. Armenians throughout history have been actually a very tight knit ethnic group, and thus intermixed minimally compared to the intermixing of other groups.

Azar, Iranians have mixed a lot with Arabs and are mongoloid/arab mix(nothing to be proud of), and in the streets of Yerevan it's very easy to spot out Iranian men.

In terms of appearance, Armenians look Mediterranean, think Greeks, Italians, Spanish, etc. I've seen many people in Armenia with blue eyes and light hair also.
