people have always argued rather Armenians are white or not. reality is we Armenians are not white.

We are a mixture of many non-white tribes.

Turko-Mongol blood/ - from the Ottoman/Seljuk Invasions & Rape

Azeri blood/ reality - no matter how much you want to deny it... Armenians and Azeris are racially close in fact there was a story of Armenian-Azeri marriages in Russia and Azeribaijan!!

xxxish blood/ - many xxxs racially are close to Armenians and Armenians have always been close with xxxs culturally for over a 1000 years!!!!

Arab blood/ - Not just the invasions but in reality many Armenians inter-married with Christian Assyrians and Eastern Christian Syriacs!!!

when you look at Armenian haplogroups J (Arab) goes over 15%... that would mean good part of Armenians are middle-eastern people...

so for those white-power Armenians give up you're dream...

Georgians look more whiter then Armenians from my experience.

I sense that this guy has an inferiority complex. Why? Because he lives in a country filled with white-european peoples and that makes him jealous. That's ok, you don't need to be jealous. Any educated person knows it is *TECHNICALLY* located in asia.

To repeat:

1. Armenia is a European nation.

2. Hardly anyone (you can almost safely say no one) in Europe calls themselves "White."

Armenians are a diverse people with a history and culture that's second to none. Skin tone isn't a requirement, but the Armenian spirit is.

That's it KanadHye, you summed it up just right, it's not our color but our Armenian spirit! Btw; most of us have dark hairs and dark eyes, some of us are olive color skin, others are more white, others parts of their skin is white other parts olive color, and yet others are white with blue eyes and blonde hair. Voila! We are called Armenians! I love it my having been born Armenian, I wouldn't want to have been born anything else but Armenian!

Armenia and Armenians are a European nation according to the identification of Europe itself.

Europe, first of all is a cultural rather than geographical designation.
