Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

    Re: Eurovision

It seems it indeed was hard for you to grasp what it meant...
What makes you say that? Why do you think I didn't know? Because I don't think all Turks are our enemies? Or maybe because I don't look at all Armenian women as degraded and fallen!

I was kidding when I said it wasn't hard to see because she constantly kept flashing it all the time, not that I'm not saying she did something wrong. It's great how we slapped the Azeri's back with this!

      Re: Eurovision

Two pages into this thread and no one discusses what is most important about yesterday night until Lucin finally mentions it? "Azerbaijan's" song is more important to people here it seems . And then we complain that the "azeris" are winning in the information war... no sh!t they are, we don't even notice or bother to discuss yesterday's stunning offensive taken by Armenian Public Television in regards to "azerbaijani" attacks. I must say, it was very bold and I was very surprised and equally ecstatic. First I suggest ALL of you read this http://www.panarmenian.net/news/eng/?nid=31815

After you read that article, watch this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nmiT65Wbo48

A big round of applause to Armenia and Sirusho for having the final laugh in the competition. Artsakh will "Always" be Armenian !

I love Sirousho for what she has being doing and I think many Armenians have been laughing their ass of when they saw it.
and it would have been great if they would have made it a part of the set

            Re: Eurovision

What is further shocking is that while the "azeris" claimed we were using Artsakh's monuments in our video reels, they had the audacity to put a picture of an Iranian national monument in Tabriz, the claimed capital of so-called "South Azerbaijan". Where the hell was Iran to complain? Why didn't we complain about this ourselves too, even if it would maybe not bring results, it would bring it to attention at the least.

Now you might be thinking "but Arash is an ethnic Persian"... yeah well so? The entry is "Azerbaijan" and not Iran and anyone who knows anything about Pan-Turanism and "Azerbaijan" propaganda knows that they have claims in Northern Iran which they call "South Azerbaijan" and that this can be seen as an infringement in Iran's sovereignty... using their own excuses and double standards against them.

I was indeed shocked to see that... And then the obnoxious 'girl' (she looked as hideous as a transvestite) announcing their votes goes on saying shamelessly; from land of fire translating Azarbaijan from Persian... lol, they are way too poor...

Apparently this is becoming a habit for them. A couple of days ago, during Tehran's International Book Fair, the "Azeri" ambassador visits Armenia's stall and protests against the map of Karabakh being there next to Armenia's and asks the Iranian organizing committee to remove it but their request is being rejected and the map remains there till the closing day of the fair.

                  Re: Eurovision

i seriously burst out with laughter when i saw the background of sirusho's notebook. so funny! haha.

Anyway guys have you heard of what the armenian news channels are saying and some talk shows? they are saying that the reason why russia, greece, germany, france belgium and some other countries gave no points to armenia is because the armenians living there that were calling in to give points, were watching the eurovision through armenian SATELLITES, instead of the russian, or greek or german or whatever country they were in. so when the armenian satellite showed the broadcast and the number to call, all the armenian votes did not count at all!

so, the problem is that armenians watch eurovision on armenian channel, and calling that number provided on the armenian channel does not work if you live in another country.

if it was not for this we would surely be #1.

the people who are saying this seem to be professionals and trustworthy people. so dont say its all lies, we are sore losers. we are not! the points were tallied wrongly.

anyway, just seeing sirusho show that picture made my day

I heard about this yesterday. I knew something was fishy. I mean, they're performances were better then our past Armenian contenders. They should've gotten a lot more points.

Ladies and Gents, Azerbaijan is disqualified from here on out. They won't be able to participate in the Eurovision Song Contest again. I just heard this on the radio. About time, lol.
