When I say they I mean that all of the armenians (about 35 of them) and their families here are all born and raised in armenia, they are only here for work purposes. And yes, my boyfriends included. I know how to say I love you in armenian and alot of other sweet sayings. I just wanted to get that specific song because it has a very good memory for us. And his english isnt too good so he wouldent be able to understand all of it which is why I asked for it to be translated.

I never thought translating Wild Thing aka Khentatsadz Mart, tu im sirdnes yerkatsnoom (Wild thing, you make my heart sing).... during scouts, because they wanted us to speak Armenian all the time, would ever come in handy. Apparently it was useful for something. So I speak Western Armenian but since your bf is from Armenia I tried to write the translation n Eastern Armenian. I may have gotten a few words off but the gist is right. Further proof that Armenian is Armenian is Armenian and we should understand all of it.

And yes, Eastern Armenian/Western Armenian it all sounds good and clear. As long as it doesn't have any Turkish mixed in it (or Russian for that matter).
