This sounds like a talltail. It is a known fact that when Turkish and Armenian businesses do business with each other the goods exchanged pass through via Georgia. This however increases the transportation costs. In anycase Armenia can do trade by the air there are no embargoes in the sky.

On a brighter note when the Baku and Tblisi railway is complete then Turkey and Azerbaijan will be able to trade much more efficiently.
