- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

LONDON, DECEMBER 29, NOYAN TAPAN - ARMENIANS TODAY. The issue of
Azeris' vandalism towards Armenian khachkars of Old Jugha (Nakhijevan)
is on the agenda of the House of Lords of Great Britain as an issue
demanding a written response. According to the "Marmara" daily of
Istanbul, the initiators of discussion of the issue are Baroness
Caroline Cox and John Marks. Baroness Cox addressed a claim to the
Government of Great Britain to discuss possibility of expressing
anxiety by the UNESCO concerning liquidation of ancient Armenian
churches and other cultural values in Azerbaijan.

Azerbaijan rewriting history by erasing Armenian traces

      Cultural Vandalism or Raping History?

Where is the civilized Europe? Where is UNESCO? Why does no one intervene?

This movie clip, dated December 14-16, 2005, shows how Azerbaijani soldiers, with heavy machinery, destroy the last evidence of Armenian presence in Nakhichevan, the historical Armenian province which together with Nagorno Karabakh was given away to the neighbouring Azerbaijani Republic. As a result of the implemented Soviet policy, Nakhichevan was at last depleted of its entire Armenian population. The clip confirms firmly the fact that the organiser of this cultural genocide is none other than the Azerbaijani government. Obviously, Azerbaijan is firmly determined to prevent “another Karabakh” by erasing the slightest indication of Armenian existence in Nakhichevan. The living Armenians have since long time ago forced to leave the region, but apparently there is also a fear of the dead and buried Armenians and their cries beyond the grave.

Nakhichevan is an exclave which belongs to Azerbaijan but Armenia’s territory separates them apart. Nakhichevan borders, however, on Armenia, Turkey, and Iran. It was from this area that the Persian King Shah Abbas, during the Persian-Ottoman war, forcibly relocated about 150,000 Armenians year 1620 and resettled them in the outskirts of his capital, Isfahan.

The place for this barbarian action caught on tape is a cemetery with thousands of Khatchkars, “Cross stones”, invaluable historical and cultural monuments from the period between 15th and 16th centuries.

Several Armenian organisations and authorities, among other the Foreign Ministry, have handed in official protests to UNESCO and other international organisation, but also to the US embassy in Azerbaijan.

This action makes one to recall the recent desecrations of Jewish cemeteries in different European cities. But unlike the immediate media coverage and attention given to these criminal acts it seems that no one bothers to care about this last act of cleansing the last evidence of Armenians in Nakhichevan.

Will the world and Europe just stand by and watch while this rape of history takes place?

        Sorry for the language!

Call me whatever you want. I am soooo pissed off and I have totally lost the last shred of hope that Turks will ever be civilized in our era at least.
Man, this is personal. As an Iranian Armenian I am deeply repulsed by this savagery, committed by this Human Culture-deficiency Virus called the Turk. These are/were the tombstones of my very own ancestors, Jugha being the main place where Shah Abbas forced the Armenians out towards Iran and burned the land to stop the Ottoman barbarians. This cemetery was one of a kind in the world. It contained the most unique and perfect collection of khachkars, itself a unique art form that’s only found among the Armenians.

How can there be a 1000 year old “Azeri” sanctuary in Armenia, when a nation called “Azeri” has never existed in history?
BTW, they have also claimed that Safavid monuments have also been destroyed by the Armenians! As if these barbarians could possibly have ANYTHING to do with the Iranian dynasty!
When their savage, barbaric, nomadic, cattle-herder, tent-dwelling, genocidal ancestors “arrived” in the 14th and 15th centuries, and brought death, destruction, rape, pillage and plunder, these primitive Turkic tribes distinguished one another from the color of their sheep: Aq Quyunlus and Qara Quyunlus. Then, when Russia took the region from Iranian rule in the 19th century, they were promoted to Tatars of the Caucasus. In 1918, they artificially created this bogus state on Armenian territory, by an artificial insemination between Turkish xxxx and Russian Bolshevik ass. When this Frankenstein monster was ejaculated from the Bolshevik anus, they stole the name of their fake country from the northwest region of Iran and no one protested except some freedom loving Iranians… Then, this fictitious newly fabricated “nation” called itself “Azeri”, a non-entity by all means.

Hellektor i am finding your writings are racist. you are dehumanising the Turks. you are making insults based on your anger. If you did research you will find there is alot of Turkish art and Turkish Islamic art. You take the example of two Turkic tribes and you saying Turkic tribes distinguished one another from the color of their sheep. What is Selcuk and what is Ottoman and what is Uyghur are thinking you are smart but when you say that. it shows you are not smart.

Also you are saying everything is Armenian territory. you saying Turkey is occupied Armenia. Azerbaycan and even Georgia is occupied Armenia this sounds like you live in the past and cannot move on. this is why you have made many enemies with your neighbours.

Well if you follow news you will see many countries in the EU hate Turkey. Austria and France.
Well I cant complain about Zionists I know Israel army is already setting up base in Turkey We will liberate Azerbaycan from Iranian terrorists. Also watch out for Qarabax (Karabakh) this is because Azerbaycan is going to get more than billions and billions and billions of dollars every year and the want to liberate Qarabax from Armenian occupiers. you can deny there is oil in Azerbaycan but when Azerbaycan liberate Qarabax with their wisely spent oil money then maybe you can still deny Azerbaycan oil

You do realize that Armenia has long-range rockets pointed straight at Azeri oil fields? Do you think they're stupid enough to invade?

Here's another tip: Azeri oil is expensive. No one in the world gives a flying crap about Azeri oil, and if a world superpower wanted the oil they'd INVADE Azerbaijan like they did Iraq.

No, if Armenia allowed the pipeline to be constructed through its own lands it would give Turkey and Azerbaijan a pretext to invade. And whenever the pipeline would break down, Armenia would get blamed. No, thanks, Azerbaijan can take that opportunity and stick it where the sun don't shine. Also, I did not say Armenia would invade Azerbaijan. I said that Azerbaijan will not be able to invade Armenia, unless they want to risk losing a lot of their equipment as a result of "war costs".

If you look at U.S. oil imports, Azerbaijan doesn't even make the list. With the world's ~71,000,000 barrels of oil used daily, ~300,000 is a drop in the bucket.

The Azerbaijani propagandists are in the hunt for new methods of denying the recent destruction of the ancient Christian cemetery of Old Julfa

(I-Newswire) - The Azerbaijani propagandists are in the hunt for new methods of denying the recent destruction of the ancient Armenian cemetery of Old Julfa. The latest shameless denial states, “Claims on existence of Armenian graveyard in Julfa are historically and ethnically baseless.”

Azer-Press Informsiya Agentliyi ( http://en.apa.az ), an Azerbaijani source, quotes Dr. Vali Bakhshaliyev, a member of Azerbaijan’s National Academy of Sciences, as saying, “The claims of Armenian[s] are historically and ethnically groundless. There was not any Armenian graveyard in Julfa.” Dr. Bakhshaliyev referred to the publication of photographs and videos from mid-December ( 2005 ), which showed about 100 Azerbaijani soldiers destroying the last historic headstones ( khachkars ) of the Armenian cemetery of Old Julfa ( Hin Jugha ).

The historic cemetery of Old Julfa is so famous that to deny it ever existed - means to deny that the planet Earth exists. Even Azerbaijani websites enclose information about the cemetery ( www.Azerb.com, for instance, writes, “Today you can still imagine Julfa's former grandeur, visiting what's left of… the vast cemetery with thousands of artistically sculpted tomb stones known as ‘Khachkars.’” ). The ridiculous lies about Julfa’s nonexistence are hopeless tactics of denial. Before Dr. Bakhshaliyev’s announcements, the Azerbaijani media had fabricated information about “destruction of Azerbaijani holy place in Armenia” with the denialist ideology of “we did – but you did it too.” Apparently, the propaganda of the “destruction of Azerbaijani holy place in Armenia” had not been successful.

The Christian cemetery of Julfa, as stated in a letter of the American congressmen Joe Knollenberg and Frank Pallone to the Azerbaijani Ambassador, Jr., “is known to specialists to have housed as many as 10,000 of these intricately carved khachkar headstones, up to 2,000 of which were still intact after an earlier outbreak of vandalism on the same site in 2002.” Back in 1648, according to Alexander Rodes’ data, there were 10,000 well-preserved headstones in Julfa, many as old as the 8th century. After Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin annexed Nakhichevan from Armenia and signed it off to Azerbaijan in the 1920s, the Armenian population of Nakhichevan ( where Julfa is situated ) was wiped out. Since then, many Armenian monuments ( ancient cathedrals and thousands of beautifully-carved headstones ) have been raised to the ground. Steven Sim from Scotland, who visited the ruins of the Armenian holy places in Nakichevan, affirmed in 2005: “a special state policy of destruction is being implemented in Azerbaijan.”

Photographs from the mid-December ( 2005 ) destruction of Old Julfa are available at http://www.armenica.org/history/old-jougha/index.html and http://www.cathcil.org/v04/doc/Photos/Pictures109.htm. The video, taped by the Armenian Prelacy of Iran at the Iranian-Azerbaijani border and made available by www.Blogian.cjb.net, can be downloaded from www.azerivandalism.cjb.net; the same video ( clearer view, but larger file ) is also available at www.julfa.cjb.net.

The administration of www.Genocide.com is shocked with the sinister denial of the Azerbaijani party, and is adding its voice to the international community in protesting the destruction of Old Julfa’s ancient cemetery.

It is certainly hoped that UNESCO will find courage to address the destruction of the Armenian heritage in Azerbaijan.
