I definitely think WWIII is approaching and it will be the western nations versus islam. Not advocating this but I see this coming most definitely. Samuel Huntington is pompous but he's not an idiot.

Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)
1] What you CAN NOT post.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene
You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)
The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!
2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.
This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.
3] Keep the focus.
Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.
4] Behave as you would in a public location.
This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.
5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.
Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.
6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.
Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.
7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.
- PLEASE READ -
Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.
8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)
If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

As in the Huntington Book, China will sit back and bide their time. The US, Europe and Russia will band together and fight Islamic nations. India will be supported by the west. It will be an unequal struggle but will result in more casualties than WWII.) I doubt it and I really hope that does not come true...

Originally posted by elendilOriginally posted by HellektorThe American empire will fall sooner than you can imagine. America is a paper tiger completely dependant on oil. When there's no more oil the Americans will not survive, because they cannot walk to the supermarket to buy bread. They have to use their cars, so they will starve.
What I mean is "the harder they come, the harder they fall". Trust me, we have enough experience in this field. Won't you give us that at least?
That all said, I'd like to see that energy (and yes, I watch TV and I am aware of the research: hydrogen, water, alcohol, vegetable, etc.) which will be ready in 50 years or so that will fuel those US phallic symbols such as tanks and fighter/bomber aircraft...
Originally posted by elendilWell in Istanbul Technical University, we built a car that goes with 10-20 km/h using the energy of light rays. Believe me America's technology is much stronger, and do believe me America will have the financial power to convert its production means.( You have made it so I am defending America for god's sake...)
Originally posted by elendilThat may anger you but that could be the point of your undoing. You have seen all of them come and go. But nobody left because of you. Not Russia, not crusaders, not Mongols. They faded away due to their Imperial structure which was based on invasion. Pretty much like Ottoman Empire. But we are here to stay Hellektor. Believe me we are here to stay...
America is not a real nation nor is Turkey. Armenians are a real nation who have stood the test of time and have successfully passed the university of nation building.
You should like to know even that Armenian hating Gorbachev has admitted in a meeting with Silva Kaputikian (an Armenian poet) and Zori Balaian that it was the Artsakh movement that shook the foundations of the Union of Soviet Sionist "Republics". Believe it or not.
Originally posted by elendilWell Arnold is a clever man and without a doubt he has guaranteed the votes of American-Armenians for the next election. I knew it before you told me and yes I am tolerant.

II. They project (e.g. they replace "Turk" with "Armenian" and vice versa and they regurgitate Armenian history).
III. They offend (e.g. they cuss, threaten and/or mock).
IV. They shut up and say nothing.

Man! can't you see I'm saying these things in a tongue in cheek manner? Do you have to spoil the fun?
What I mean is "the harder they come, the harder they fall". Trust me, we have enough experience in this field. Won't you give us that at least?

Higher they climb harder they fall indeed. I will give you that at least.
The figters and planes, all will be converted probably....
There's a huge difference between test tube technology and the actual working product. You say yourself that car doesn't go faster than 20km/h.
We are not going to analyze the fall of each of the empires. Nobody claimed they left because of us. The thing is, a larger population/usurped land does not guarantee a morally stronger nation or a real nation for that.
I have no reason not to believe the things you say, it would be even better if there was a credible source, even if there is not no matter.
While I was going to consider you a more tolerant Turks than others because you kept the avatar, this disgusting remark just stinks so much of brainwash I can't bring myself to give it to you.
I'm laughing my ass off reading my posts and the replies, I definitely didn't mean to piss you off

Originally posted by elendilThe issue was generally being brought up by Turkish members of the forum, that is the first time I see by an Armenian. Let me say it like this. There is no Armenian population in eastern Turkey to support such an act. The main stream is Turkish-Kurdish. Assuming you defeated our army!!!!, you will have to handle the resistance of millions. If there is a 3.world war you can indeed have your ancient lands which would be probably devestated by nuclear fire. As to recognition, I know, you know, the world knows, people of Turkey will die before giving land to Armenia. Even if Turkey recognizes genocide claims (Which it will not) forcing reperations to Turkey is impossible.
(P.S Yes Hellektor I know you will kick our asses back to Mongolia)
Funny thing about Turks is they think everything they can do can't be done back to them. They say "borders change" but they only can comprehend such an act when the borders are changing in their favor... it's a real laugh and it's gonna hurt when reality sets in. Devolutionary forces have begun in Turkey - it's fall is sure to come...

P.S. If you were seriously asking for the meaning of the idiom (you surely have a dictionary?):
Originally posted by elendilHonestly I could not see the tounge in cheek manner.(What does that mean by the way?)
(under tongue)
have/say something with/speak with one's tongue in one's cheek: say something that one does not intend to be taken seriously. Hence, tongue-in-cheek adjective, adverb: tongue-in-cheek remarks; speak tongue-in-cheek.
Good that I looked it up, because I had forgotten it was spelled with hyphens. You learn something every day.Four things denialist Turks do when they are confronted with facts:

FYI: There was a time when there was NO TURKISH POPULATION in what you call "Eastern Turkey". So your own history proves it's possible for one nation to take over another, and vice versa - starting with having a 0% population on the ground in that nation.
Funny thing about Turks is they think everything they can do can't be done back to them. They say "borders change" but they only can comprehend such an act when the borders are changing in their favor... it's a real laugh and it's gonna hurt when reality sets in.
