In addition to the above mentioned arguments, US dollar, the most effective US strategic and economic ‘super weapon’ became a second grade unstable currency and the other superpowers already announced about their desire to replace it with a new international one. Thus if US doesn’t take radical action, in terms of cutting down the astronomical expenses; China with the help of Russia is going to replace USA.

When the Kurdish State will become US ally, whom will support America at last resort; Turks or Kurds? Then the Iraq Kurds will coordinate their actions with the ones in Turkey and help them
and Turkey will be submerged in civil war with Kurd inside the country.

As refers to the Turkey’s NATO membership; Is it difficult for the America and other Senior NATO members to kick out of NATO Turkey when it, in fact, will become US enemy?
But now promoting US interests Obama exerted pressure on Armenia and Turkey to get a lame, Road-Map excuse, pretending that he believes the Turkish “lies” for not telling the Genocide, legally recognized word this year.
By the way the Armenian-Turkish Road-Map talks – in future, after being rejected by Armenian population and accepting AG bill by US will gradually turn into Redraw-Map talks. And Turkey’s desire to get the Kars treaty signed by Armenia, may reach the opposite result.

As refers to the US next steps of getting prepared for troops withdrawal:
a) Not preventing the Kurdish Republic creation,
b) Passing the AG bill
And as a result US automatically becomes the Turkey’s enemy #1.
After the Road-Map plan on establishment of the Armenian-Turkish historians joint commission on AG is failed. And it will; because even Hitler (Their ally. Did you forget it?) accepted that it happened and it never ever would be punished; therefore he carried out the xxxish Holocaust, otherwise he wouldn’t. So after passing the AG bill by the US, Turks will be terrified; because de facto all the legal arguments, to start de jure compensation procedure (as it was done with Turks former ally), will be in place.
As we learned from Obama’s statement on 2009 Armenian Genocide Remembrance Day, right now, in fact they consider to be premature telling the word Genocide. Nevertheless note please that he used very strong words: 1. atrocities and 2. Meds Yeghern, which appropriately are synonyms of barbarities and Genocide.
So, in that regard, I don’t blame Obama much, taking into account the US interest in “making” Turks not disturb America in Iraq, for just one year; by 2010. You know that Turks can’t support US in Iraq directly, because the majority of population Shias and Kurds will confront them.
So a) and b) will happen by the year 2010. And America can’t leave troops in Iraq, at any cost to its taxpayers, just to accommodate Turks national interest; of preventing establishment of the Kurdish Republic in Iraq.
As refers to your thoughts on Turkish democracy and diplomacy;
For centuries they been based on the absolute lie and Turkey’s whole population (including Turks) fear to be slaughtered for saying something against the rulers. Remember their behavior during the Genocide and now.
The countries that had mutual interests with Turkey, like Germany during the Genocide period ( and during WW2 too), imitated that they believe their words (that they are just moving Armenians to other locations), as an excuse, to continue supporting them and served their own interests.
Now Erdogan gave another excuse to USA for not accepting the AG bill for a while; the Armenian-Turkish Road-Map. And announced that all the major points of the agreement, on opening borders between Turkey and Armenia, are agreed upon. Then continued that Artsakh issue should be solved by taking out Armenian troops.
Can we give Armenians of Artsakh to Turks to carry out another Genocide on them?
What happened to France-Turkish relations after passing the Armenian Genocide bill … nothing! Now Turks are handling their politics with France more cautiously and politely, than ever before.
When AG bill will be accepted by US Congress, the same thing will happen to US-Turkey relations, after a week of bitter cries, Turks will express their readiness to do everything the US requires, providing that the AG compensation process is frozen for a while.

Gegev
