If it wasn't a genocide, how come Raphael Lemkin created the word "genocide" BASED on what had happened to the Armenians?

Yes, First Lemkin created the word "genocide" in the history,but the allegation of him is really interesting. He says "if Hitler had beated France and England,He would have blame them for the holocaust and judge these countries". That is,we can conclude that Lemkin who created the word genocide mean that Only powerful side (or the side making lobby activities in poweful countries) can claim a "genocide", cant we?

There is no use discussing anything with this guy. He is used to dodging all the issues that are detrimental to his case. Just look at the exchange in the first page between him and I and it should tell you what sort of 'discussion' he is looking for.

Basically, he has his set side and all he is doing here is to have an arena to regurgitate his bromide by passing himself off as a willing 'debator'.
