Yesterday, the trial on Azerbaijani Army officer Ramil Safarov, who is accused of murdering Armenian officer Gurgen Margarian, was continued in the Hungarian capital Budapest.
Lawyer Adil Ismayilov, representative of Safarov’s family informed APA from Budapest that the result of the fourth forensic medical examination on Ramil Safarov was announced in the trial. Experts concluded that Safarov was conscious when he committed murder.
The opposite side solicited for repeated examination. However, the court rejected the solicitation, and declared that the result of the examination was adopted. So, the process was over. Ramil Safarov will be sentenced in the trial on April 13.
Safarov underwent three forensic medical examinations by experts. As the first examination was conducted in Russian, which Safarov does not know, the result was dismissed. The opinions of experts on the rest two medical examinations were that Safarov was unconscious when he committed murder
