Are the President and the Prime Minister from the same family ?

If this was tavajanutun which I beleive it was they will make sure to finish the task they started and make sure the document is ratified.

The rest is wishfull thinking I am afraid.

Time to wake up, reality calling.

Very unfortunately it means Armenia must leave "azerbaijan" well alone and Armenia recognizes the integrity of both the borders of today's turkey and of "azerbaijan". Therefore they cannot come in between "azeris" and Artsakh's battle. It's sadly enough fait-a-complit to both our enemy's favor.

Remember Armenia has not recognized Karabagh.
The international community recognizes the USSR borders of Azerbaijan.
Therefore the Karabagh issue is an internal affair of Azerbaijan.

    Now re-read the text.

The non inclusion of the word Karabagh was a TRAP.

(incidentally this is not my analysis but of a lawyer commentator.)
