If you had laughed at me, you would have laughed a lot.

Today, I woke up at 4am. And here I am.

My cousins going to have her second baby in July, so it's kind of like a 'Welcome Baby' barbecue/gathering.

I don't know what to do today.... it's Sunday around 1pm and I woke up at noon. So I looked up on the internet to see what's going on in the Toronto area since it's Canada Day weekend (July 1). Here are my choices:

                    Rib Fest:

All the meat you can eat. The Toronto Ribfest attracts more than 100,000 visitors each year. Presented by the Rotary Club of Etobicoke, the fest lures folks in with live music, succulent ribs, beer tents arts and crafts show as well as carnival rides, a climbing wall and pony rides for the kids.

mmmm.... ribs and beer, can't go wrong. I checked this out yesterday, got a 1/3 slab of ribs. Two thumbs up.

                    Jazz Festival

Pride events (Apparently it's pride week )

                    The Dead Sea Scrolls Exhibit:

The display is 16 authentic Dead Sea Scrolls which were discovered over six decades ago. The scrolls include fragments of the books of Genesis, Deuteronomy and Psalms. During the six months eight scrolls at a time are displayed for three months each.

A fragment of the Ten Commandments, text that, according to xxxish and Christian traditions, form the foundations of the relationship between man and God, are featured for a limited time. This fragment is on display only for two weeks and the exact dates have yet to be determined.

Admission is $28 and that doesn't include the ticket price to see the exhibit.

The Israel Antiquities Authority (IAA) have loaned over 200 artifacts for this exhibit.

The Palestinians claim these were stolen from them so I'll pass on giving any money to these murderous thieves.

Guess I'll go back to sleep....
