The thread was about superstitions aiight? so
True Christians must keep the dark practices of superstition out of their life and accept the spiritual light offered by the Creator, God and his Son, Jesus Christ. They can thus enjoy true peace of mind derived from the knowledge that they are doing what is right in the eyes of God.—John 8:32.
So guys...let the superstitions xxxx away from our life!

Patriotism ... is a superstition artificially created and maintained through a network of lies and falsehoods; a superstition that robs man of his self-respect and dignity, and increases his arrogance and conceit.

      What a mess!!

The world is one big mess!

About superstition, I have to admit that I was into that stuff when I was younger. I remember going to a psychic at 15..LMAO She didn't tell me anything that even came close to what happened in my life. LMAO I think that for people who use these things such as "reading" cups, and throwing cards, and psychics as PURE entertainment, and ONLY that are fine....However, my mom reads cups because she says that she has a gift for helping people. All of my friends have had their cups read by my mom, and tell me that everything she said was true, and it happened. There was this Persian (ew) lady who used to come over from Orange County to see my mom...LMAO I thought it was funny how they just looked at her with this cheesy grin, hoping she would say something good....because they were very rich successful SINGLE young women...LMAO! Anyway...my mom told one of them that her husband would appear to her in her dreams, and he did. She met him 3 months later, and they married..
She never wants to read mine because she knows I laugh at her, but if you guys want...you're all more than welcome to come over and get your cups read by my mommy....She's not only good at that, but she is the sweetest lady you will ever meet....Alright, a tear just formed....

          C for me...

I think the mirror breaking thing came about because way back when, mirrors were very expensive and it served to discourage people from being careless with them.

I apologize if that's been said already. I only read half of the other posts.
