I quite often feel like murdering people who cannot grasp basic logic. I, however, feel that it is not right to murder, and so I restrain myself. The sentences are most definitely not synonymous.

A good Satanist does not know the meaning of the word “logic” and will use it inappropriately in a sentence.
A good idiot will somehow come to know what is meant by the term "logic" in a sentence in which no reference is indicated. The true idiot will once again ignore the fact that he is an idiot and change the subject.

A good satanist will work on becoming a better reader of his own writings.

Reread the sentence one more time, hot shot. I didn't give a definition of "logic." If I didn't give a definition, how can my definition be wrong? Please explain this.
Originally posted by spiral No, I haven't read a damn thing you wrote regarding satanism.
However, from what I understand from "satanism" is -worshiping satan. Satan is a synonym of Devil. Devil is the poster child for "evil". Evil is the antonym of ‘good’ for which Jesus is the poster child.
Malice is the mother of Evil. Thus the basis of satanism is evil.
What you understand is wrong. In this philosophy, articulated in the Satanic Bible by Anton LaVey, which is referenced in the title of this thread, Satan is not worshipped. He is not believed to exist. He is borrowed as a symbol of what is not Judeo-Christian. You speak of what is evil as defined by Christians but that has no weight when speaking about good and evil as universal concepts. Try reading some of the thread so I do not have to repeat myself. If Arvestaked were here he would say something like, "I hope you bleed to death from your eyes as you are anally assaulted by the horn of a rhinoceros." But he is not here so he will not say that.
