That is irrelevant. I did not mean with regards to industrialization. I meant with regards to social problems.
Really... France is influential? I can see how successful France is society-wise, with the amount of stabbing Algerians do, and the amount of killing the Turks do in Germany and the Netherlands..... Besides, USA was on its way up long before there was any such thing as "diversity." The leader in word economy is Japan. Japan is not diverse.
Sure.. You know, I always wondered if they taught "delusion" at schools in USA. I guess they do...
Really... like Toronto, you mean?
Toronto?! Overpopulated?! Do you know anything about Japan at all, assmonkey?!
Dellusion. Even you were talking about Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
The US was on its way up after WWI when all of the immigration started kicking in.

Have you ever been to Toronto? If not, then shut up. You've no clue about the overpopulation right here in Toronto. People are running away to smaller cities because of it. Every single immigrant that comes to Toronto stays here. One would expect that there be a threshold...
Even you were talking about Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
What about Hiroshima and Nagasaki? What's your point?
The US was on its way up after WWI when all of the immigration started kicking in.
You obviously have no clue when immigration started. Ever heard of the 1965 chain immigration act? Ever wonder why there are so many Filippinos in USA? The way the immigration system worked in the WWI/post-WWI period was the following: There were annual quotas for each country that was equal to 3% of that specific ethnic population then living in USA from the year 1910 and onwards. This number was lowered to 2% and the year to 1890 in 1924. As a result of those cuts, the poverty rate decreased, wages increased, and per capita GDP increased. Now it's up to you to figure out what happened post-1965.
Japan doesn't even have its own army. It's still under US control. Its economy would also be nothing if not for the American market it sells its products in.
Lower overall standard of living is a social problem
Exactly. And that problem was created by the 1965 chain immigration, which was, not so surprisingly, supported by the communists in USA.
The U.S. is able to attract talent from overseas partly because pople know they can come live here and be tolarated.
Tolerated? Like the Arabs are tolerated? Please... USA is able to attract unskilled illegals from the third world because it never ever gets tough on the illegals from certain countries (and is obsessed with illegals from a few countries which I'm not going to name, while completely forgetting about the Mexican illegals, etc.) Moreover, welfare is another attraction.
Japan runs an admitted 300% debt over GDP, which makes the U.S. defecit look like the penny jar at 7-11.
And that means what? What does that have to do with diversity? My point was not about diversity causing economic problems but more about social problems. Also, get the number right - it's 150%, not 300%. And it's 62% for USA (even more than the UK - so what does THAT mean? )
The Japanse constitution was written by Gen. Douglas MacArthur and his staff during the occupation of Japan after WWII. The majorty of the constitution has not been changed to this day. 70% of Japanese inferstructure was destroyed by the end of WWII. Some of which was rebuilt during the American occupation.
Bullsh*t. Give "your" country credit where it's due. I suppose you're also gonna say that Germany was rebuilt by the Americans too... Especially Dresden, huh?
Toronto has half the population density as New York or LA.
Wrong. L.A. has a population density of 7873 persons / square mile. Toronto has a population density of 17,449 persons / square mile. Note that there is a difference between Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, I am talking about TORONTO. And even GTA (6,857) has a higher population density than NY (5300).
The only loser here is you. I've kept my identity, and I don't see how respecting others or having my neighbor be from another culture takes away from that. If holding on to my national identity means being like you, then I don't want it.

There is a fine line between respecting someone because they are individuals and feeling inferior to someone because they are of a certain ethnicity/race. At any rate, if I am going to respect someone, it would be for their individual qualities, not for their ethnicity. I don't lower myself to that level of *sskissing for the sake of avoiding the stigma of "racist." And I make it clear that I would not willingly mix with odars either through marriage or friendship. I've got respect for my own background first and foremost. Many Armenians, especially those in L.A do not. That is not a stereotype. It is a fact. At any rate, I will have a first-hand account of this in 3 week's time.
I can see how China is so much better off than the United States. The fact remains that the countries that have the most diversity are the ones that are most influential, namely the United States and France. Japan was created by the United States and is so overpopulate in the urban areas that it cannot afford to have a relatively loose immigration policy.
That is untrue. Societies that are most influential are societies that were homogenous to a degree. The more diverse it gets, the more problems, as they are catalysts working towards negative entropy ( i.e. all systems move towards disorder ). All I can point to is the Roman Empire. It was fairly homogenous, started expanding, gradually absorbed the peoples and cultures it conquered, only to lose its founding culture, and hence the civilization perished. The is true of every civilization, the same applies to America and France. No "diverse" nations last.
