i can understand your anger and frustration and would have been pisssed as hell but putting his name and id on a public forum...hmmm don't know? there might be some legal ramifications...like him suing you for slander if he somehow happens to find this site ...you can write xxxx about celebs but private citizens have protection...i'm no lawyer or law student...hmmm..if i were you i'd think about that

Actually the only real thing up there is his last name and I'm not too worried about that anyway. I'm a smart cookie, believe me . The ID # spells out IDIOT on the phone (so what, I was bored ). As for the slander bit, everything I said up there is pretty much the truth except for the compensating about his d*ck bit (which for all I know could also be true) and I will be saying the same things when I go to court (except for the pissed off bad words of course). You can bet that I'm in the right in this case. I'm sure he'll think twice before telling someone their breaks LOOK JUST FINE when they are freaking out trying to get across the freeway after I'm done telling the judge exactly what happened and showing him what's sure to be my $500 invoice for new breaks and a car battery. Yeah, I'm not so sure being rude, condescending, and incredibly difficult with someone who just had their breaks fail on the freeway is something the judge will be too happy with him about. Do you?

I just think Dan needs to realize that his sometimes too often whining on, “I have an exam to study for” or “I have 3 papers due tomorrow and I haven’t even started on it” or “My book report is due and I haven’t read the book” constitutes the same as Anon’s only post about taking a midterm.

PS My finals start next week and I will ace them like I ace my volleyball serves...heck yea
