And I think piti is "must" and petq e is "necessary to...".

Well those are also valid definitions in addition to the ones I provided which convey the same idea. However, from what I know, "piti" is the less "graget" form of "petq e", and not two different words.

If I say "Bidi yertas." (not as a question) it will mean, "You will go." It would be a command.

Yea, "have to". Ugh, this is so frustrating. We can't even agree on one word in "one" language. Our fate is horrible.

It is dialectal. Do not freak out. All languages that have dialects have the same issues and sometimes they are worse. Some dialects of Arabic would not be able to understand eachother at all. Ever heard a person from Scotland speak English? Go watch the movie "Ratcatcher"; it is in English but you will not be able to watch it without subtitles.
