Is laptop RAM the same as PC RAM? Laptop RAM is a lot more expensive. I'm guessing there's a difference.....

My friend told me that when you hold up a dell laptop from one corner, you get the feeling it's gonna snap in two. Dell uses cheap plastic for their boxes?? That ain't cool homie.
