Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

I wonder though, is the world seriously different from the way it was 30 years ago? 100 years ago? 1000 years ago? I mean come on. When my uncles found out I was moving away from home to go to school, the dirty old men said "college was great, the best times in my life *wink wink*, I know what you are going to be doing, have fun buddy. You go to college and then you get married, and its done." They are joking with me, but they must have done something.

Emotion is never the first thing. Though it should be. I never look at some girl and go "oh she has a great personality, damn check out that honesty." LOL. I see some chick and the first thing that comes to mind is "damn she is hot, I am going to meet her." Maybe you people are more civilized than myself, but I looks definetly dont hurt.

Someone very old once said to me that "people never change...enviornements do."

Maybe our grandparents got down before they were married. OMG I HOPE NOT. Sorry everyone for putting that thought in your heads, but they could not have been much different than us. I just think sex wasnt as outspoken as it is today. It is easier to talk about it now than before, and thats why we think it is worse than the previous generation. Though my family preaches virginity, I am sure, as much as I hope not, they had their fun. And we are going to have ours.

Besides that, my testosterone infused body cant help itself. The limbic system has taken over. ME WANT FEMALE. I am primal; food, fight/flight, and women.

When I said 50 years ago, I just meant in the past, not exactly any specific time. Although what you said supports my point that humans are animals and not much has changed in their desires, I must say that, from the impression that I get, premarital sex was looked down upon in the old days. I mean, yea of course there was still some cases, but I doubt as many as today. Also, just like it’s always been, society accepts premarital sex for young men to be understandable, encouraged even, but for girls? NOOOOOOO, they would call her anything from a xxxxx, a xxxx, a xxxxx, you name it…you get the point. Personally, I don’t support premarital sex. I’m simply stating the unfairness in how men and women are treated differently.

HAHA, I could definitely relate to you there. Call me shallow or whatnot, but COME ON, you’d all have to agree with me (and surferarmo) to some degree when I say that you’d never give him/her your time of day if you’re not in the least bit physically attracted to him/her. The difference between physical and emotional attraction is that the former fades away, while the latter is more likely to stick around. In the case of marriage, my personal advice is to choose emotional over physical, since, well, old age isn’t exactly the friendliest to your sex drive, hahaha. All in all, physical is like the icing on the cake…it’s good till it lasts, but if you want to be satisfied, you got to dig into the dough (emotional), hehe.

Yea, thanks for planting that image into my head, you get a cookie…NOT! HEHEHE
Anyway, the point is, yea, some of our old folks might’ve gotten down with it before marriage, but I’m willing to bet that it didn’t happen as often as it happens today. Sex IS more outspoken today, but premarital sex is becoming a lot more common today than it was in the old days.

Actually the first thing most guys look for is a nice 'rack' and/or a nice 'budonkadunk'. As shocking as it may be, I usually don't approach girls for a good time in a bar, It's more like I just invite them to hang out with me and my friends since my certain friends can't approach for themselves. So once the ice is broken I leave it to them, in of course most of the time they're going to be attractive so then if the girl has something that I'm attracted to and isn't a nut... or a freak... I might get into 'Jedi' mode. As for looking for da freaks, It's really old. I had enough freaks in high school so now its really more of an intelect thing. And beleive me.... I have met many attractive/intelectual girls the last few times I went home, specially on Main St. 8)

I might chill on this Main st. I really look at the rack last. I usually check out the ass first, then the face. Sad that I do this but it is a habit that must be broken. For now it is a habit which I enjoy.

I definetly agree with you there. I see sexism as a bigger problem than racism in todays society. Those are old thoughts though, you can see from this thread, that most guys dont really care. Yes premarial sex is not necessarily good, but I dont know. Sometimes I get a little feisty, as you say, we are condemned by the human condition. I really believe that. I mean, we have all experimented, some have gone farther than others, but there was that one person that was soo hot that everything else we knew flew out the window for one night.

Let me put it this way. People, must have had sex like crazy. I mean look at the 70's. AIDS was born then. Look at the kings of the Medieval periods. xxxxxs were all around the castle. The roman empire had to have huge problem with rape in order to control women socially. Here is a good analogy. People think that owning a gun is bad. On the news you hear of the one or two little boys that shot eachother when they found their dads gun thinking it was a toy. That is truly horrible, but it is not as common an incident as you think. The news channels ommits the incidents where guns were used for defense. The only problem is that people done report defensive gun use because when they do, they get charged!! A woman shot a man trying to raper her. She had no evidence of him trying to raper her, but he did of the shot. SHe was charged!!! So people dont report defensive gun use. You think that because only accidental gun use is reported that guns only serve for little boys to kill eachother, but in reality they are far more useful, just not talked about...like sex 50 years ago.

I like cookie dough. I eat that stuff every weekend. I will probably have some kind of cholesterol problem by old age anyway because of my dessert loving eating habits. But if I do live to be ripe and old, I will as dirty as I am now. If not, there is always viagra. I hope to be the 60 year old men you see on the streets with canes checking out 16 year olds. I want to be called "THE DIRTY OLD MAN"

Yea, thanks for planting that image into my head, you get a cookie…NOT! HEHEHE
