What do you believe is true even though you can not prove it?

I was reading about this today, and I thought it was interesting. There are some things people believe to be true, but they can't prove it. For example: God, religion, evolution, psychic power, aliens/UFOs, reincarnation, life after death, etc. What are some things you just know is true but have no proof for it?

i believe in KARMA! but i have not way to prove it...

I think that we all need something to belive in...and every one is different. But this is just spiritual stuff, and that is always personal as everyone is different...so i guess nothing of that you listed can be "proven" as there is no absolute Truth.I think religion came into poeples lives as we needed a structure and a way of life, so that sociaty wont collapse.altough...im not sure its working...
We need to find a meaning of things, yete voch what meaing is there to go o living

That is untrue. It is a belief, yes, like a belief in creation. But proven? That is man assuming he knows the answers to the paradox of existence and only man's arrogance can pretend to know that. I suggest you make a thread in the intellectual lounge and we can duke out evolution.
