9th place is going to pay out a million this year. So basically whoever makes the final table this year is a automatic millionaire. And the top 560 players get paid which is another crazy stat. I can't wait until next year since now I know what to look for and how much money to take. I know with the exception of one or two people no one else really cares about what I am writing but I will write anyway because I am a turkey thigh.

An Armenian girl just busted out at 281st place out of almost 6,000.

That's great. Yay. Do you know anything about her?

I typed up her name and saw a previous tournament she was in, in which she came in 3rd. It said she was a professional player. There's a 100 dollar buy in at Bicycle today btw.

A high stack yesterday at this years WSOP.

And there is mr. Raymer, last years champion and still in it this year with 27 players remaining out of the 5,619 that started. He won last year with about 2,600 players.

And then we have James Woods the celeb trying to duke it out with the pros. Unfortunately he lost a few days ago.

Here we have Mr. Johnny Chan, considered by many to be the worlds greatest player a few years ago if not maybe still today.

As you can see this year even during the regular events there were many people playing, I was there and that background goes all the way deep. Poker has really gone mainstream. Why am I posting all this in an Armenian Club forum, that is yet to be answered.

I like Chan. His nickname suits him perfectly. He just looks like the kind of guy you don't wanna mess with. He's not dressed as loudly this time.
