    Yes!
I seldom find tattoos appealing. Mainly because of cheap ink they use and "washed out" colors, too intricate and detailed patterns - I'm a minimalist - and the multitude of it. The location is also important.
But a nice pattern/scene with beautiful colors, not too small, not too large and skillfully executed on the lower back or the back of the hip or the back of the shoulder of a woman may charm me!

I have never considered having one and it's very very unlikely that I may in the future! It's not my style. It's only a question of style!

What if I find someone else when looking for you? My soul shivers as the idea invades my mind.

In some cases, the same as je welry or accessories! It's a statement, and different individuals make different statements!

I agree, if it's in the right place and with some discretion and perhaps a bit "class", a tattoo might seem appealing on someone else, but not on my body. Evar! I guess you can call me one of those "judgemental" people, but from what I have seen personally, the people that have had tattoos haven't been the brightest or the most successful.

Yes, a statement, like a sign of rebelling. It demonstrates a defiance of authority. People who do not want to conform to the mainstream, say "Phuck you mainstream I'm gonna defy". So they get a tattoo as symbolizing their non-conformity. But in the process they themselves are conforming to non-conformity. It's that age old paradox.

You should be staring too much at men, focus on women; they're far more pleasant and charming!
            I don't recall seeing a single male with a tasteful tatoo...or xxxelry!

Not always! For some, it's a fashion accessory, just like xxxelry!

Just like those all "spontaneous" and "free" ones who act exactly the same way all across the planet and across decades!

Tattoos are for cool people. I don't have tattoos. Therefore, I'm not cool. It's a valid argument. I just learned this in Testmasters.

If you're not cool, are you hot?

Trick question: "Do you prefer a cool woman or a hot one?"

That depends, if it's summer or winter. Oh my God we are so funny with these insane word humor! How about we just get a tattoo to show how awesome, aggressive, and rebellious we are! Then maybe I can land a job as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley!

                      all cool people have tattoos
                      i dont have a tattoo
                      therefore i'm not cool

this sounds more correct 'cause although tattoos may be for cool people, a cool person may choose not to have one. (i'm going off of the argument you wrote)
