I live in Madison, Wisconsin. I love living here. I'd like the freedom to move from here or for others to move to here, if we choose.

Suppose Wisconsin had a military. Suppose Wisconsin started arming the Wisconsin/Illinois border. Or what if the City of Madison (or LA, or wherever) started sealing the borders with armed forces. Do you see how this is just an absurd idea, in general? That's not even getting at the sinister motivations behind this US/Mexico thing.

Pfffft. I wish we could keep the Cheeseheads out, what with their obnoxious, "GO PACKERS!!" and all....

The difference is that we are sealing border with another country. Wisconsin/Illinois is the U.S., you can move freely.

You don't have much problem with illegal immigration in that state, California has serious problems.

How is that what I said is not logical? You are talking about borders within the United States, versus me who is talking about borders between countries.

You are aware you don't need a passport to move between states?
