for me the parametres are employment, standard of living, security and so on

No they aren't. They operate by a free market system with selected markets run by the state. Shahumyan is advocating every market be run by the state. So far as I know, even China doesn't go that far.

That is socialism. Socialism is the intermediate state between Capitalism and Communism. What Shahumyan is advocating is Communistic. Most of Europe, including France, is Socialist. Canada is as well.

Is cross-burning racism, or is it a symptom of racism? Regardless of what action may be taken in service of racism, racism itself remains a state of mind ingrained in the individualism. It may be fostered by politics and even by certain modern political systems; it is not created by them.
