It's a meaningless figure unless we know how close, or far apart, percentage-wise, other species are to us.

If a pygmy has a greater number of characteristics that substansially differ form a Bantu then perhaps either differs from a Norwegian (just hypothetically - however this is preciely the issue) - then what use is it to consider the Pygmy and the Bantu as a "race" seperate from the Norwegian? Race is not a social construct.
