Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

If someone does not stop this it will end up becoming a major international conflict. Iran and Russia don't want to see Syria falling victim to American Zionist aggression. At the same time, however, Israel and America are in a very bad position. Iran has forced them to make a move, a move they would have eventually attempted but they would have wanted to do it under their terms.

Now, it's Iran that is setting the agenda in Iraq and Lebanon. Iran know that it will not be invaded. Iran has the military technology unlike Iraq, to destroy the American Naval fleet in the Persian Gulf and cut off tens of thousands of American troops in Iraq.

Take a look at just one of their missle systems: http://www.stormfront.org/forum/show...19&postcount=7

Israel bombed Lebanon heavily because it believed that bombing Lebanon to punish the Hizbollah would turn the public sentiments in Lebanon, already against Syria, against Hizbollah as well. Just like the American miscalculation in Iraq - when they thought they were going to be greeted as liberators - Israel has realized that the Lebanese people are not going to oppose the Hizbollah for various reasons.

Thus, Tel Aviv is now forced to do something.

Israel, if it invades Lebanon, will be able to move up to the Litani river using its heavy armor and mechanized troops. And in doing so, the IDF will lose high numbers of men and material. However, what then? Will they stay there and keep getting shot at and bombed? Or will they pull out and allow Hisbollah to claim victory? Tel Aviv is in a f-ed up situation - to say the least.

This fighting must be stoped by the western powers, Im afraid it will go out of control if it does not.

I wish Yerevan the best and brightest future. I've been to Paris and I couldn't believe how many North African and Muslems lived there. As far as Moscow, I've never been there and I would never be interested in visiting. I don't care for Russian culture and I can't stand it when Armenians mix in Russian culture into ours. It especially urks me when Hayastansy's mix in Russian words and speak with a "Russianized monotone."

You don't care for Russian culture?

Russian culture is perhaps light years ahead of American and most western cultures. I suggest you get familiar with Russian history, literature, art and music. Its simply your uninformed bias talking. And please dont bring ino this conversation talk about Russian "street punks" who attack Armenians in Moscow. Those Russian street punks are as Russian as skinheads in America are American.

        OK Simonig?

Think of it this way: If California ever falls apart economically and there is alot of sociological problems in the state, street punks in California will attack Armenians as well. I suggest you folks put things in a proper perspective.

You are most probably one of those "proud" Armenians who mix American, English, Turkish, French, Arabic culture into Armenian culture - and think its fine.Well, I rather Armenians befriending Russians over Arabs, Americans, Italians, etc.

And it especially urks me when "Spiurkahais" mix in Turkish, Arabic, French, English, Perisan words and speak Armenian.

Again, its all a matter of perspective.

Listen guys, lets not turn this thread into Russian-Armenian discussion. Simonig, if you want to discuss this issue start another thread and I'll meet you there. I think the situation in the Mideast is very serious and it will have a dire effect on Armenia if Americans and the Israelis have their way.

I agree with most things you guys say but not in this case. I totally agree that "Spiurkahais" mix in Turkish, Arabic, French, English, Perisan words. That is only because we had to spend that last 91 years living in those country's and thus mixing words transitioned into our vocabulary.

Hayastanci's have no excuse to mix in Russian. Armenia's first and only language is Armenian. Russian speaking Armo's remind me of f.o.b. rabiz'.

There is nothing more unattractive than someone speaking with a monotone Russian accent. If you disagree, then your probably a f.o.b. yourself.

European culture is far ahead of Russian culture. Russians are cold, dress like wana be mafiosos. The woman wear way too much make up. They have a huge prostitution and alchohal problem.

I wasn't even thinking about their skinhead problem. I acknowldge every country has lowlife racists.

I will say this and end it here.

How dare you make excuses for Spiukahias and blame Hayastantsis!!!

If anything, its the Spiurkahais that don't have an excuse for butchering our language. Hayastantsis had to live under the most totaliterian regime on earth for seventhy years. Did you know that the best schools in Armenia were only allowed to conduct lessons in Russian? Only the lowest level schools in Yerevan were allowed to use Armenian. Don't you know that the Kremlin dictated every aspect of life in the Soviet Republics?

How dare you blame the Hayastantsi for not speaking proper Armenian. At the very least they stick together and 'speak' Armenian. Btw, who was it that f-ing fought and defeated the Turks in the 90s, Spiurkahais? Don't make me laugh. Don't even get me started with your "Cold War" relic mindset. Get off this topic, if you dont have anything to say about the Israeli-Lebanese conflict dont say anything.

Isn't it interesting how those arrogant xxxs not so long ago where threatening the bombing of Iran? Oh how the tables have turned. It is they who are now under pressure. It is they who are sitting inside bunkers. And we have yet to know what Hezbollahs true capability is. What they have shown in the last few days is that they are a 100% professional force, who can show restraint and play politics. They engage in activity in Lebanon to win supporters. Very intelligent force. If those idiots had more like Hezbolah, they would have knocked out that tumor of theirs long ago, even with infinite assistance from Britain and US.
