I feel obligated to post something, I am not sure why, really, I don't like to troll message boards and really, I try my best to be fair and balanced, but some of comments are just repulsive. Do you really have to have a topic like this? Of all the "discussions", why is it important to you what others think of your actions? If you want to marry anyone, marry them, certainly, I don't give a flying xxxx what others think I do, you shouldn't either. You know this is not directed towards the individuals that are for marrying Armenians, rather, I always find it odd how some intelligent folks can not see beyond the reality intermarriage brings for all peoples, from all walks of life. Meaning, let us bottom line it, identity is socially constructed, if you marry person of xyz background then your children, if you choose to propagate, will not be Armenian, but neither will they be xyz. You will create some new identity, a composite identity. This is the reality, now, if you choose to take the step, you either shut up and follow through like a grown adult or you don't, but don't walk the xxxxing fence.
