Yes. Foreplay would require at least another 15, but I'm just trying to establish a bare minimum time that would be required. It's also an average. So if you have sex every other day, but spend 30 minutes doing it, you will spend 15 minutes on average each day. Either way, my point is only that sex need not be performed at the expense of other duties perceived by some members to be more important.
