Pistons vs. Lakers

You forgot one thing, the Pistons are not the Spurs, and the Pistons are playing better than the Lakers, have better perimeter shooters, as well as defense. The Lakers have always relied only and mainly on Shaq and Kobe, while other people behind the scenes would occasionally act, but which team doesn't have that? Now that Kobe and Shaq are neutralized they cannot do anything. The Lakers, as far as I can remember, suck at defense.

And you assume that because the Lakers made a come back against during times of defeat, such as against the Wolves, doesn't mean they will do the same here, because the Pistons certainly have displayed nothing but invincibility in all their games, even Game 2, which by the stroke of luck, the Lakers barely won. The Pistons have team cohesion and rely on the entire team to play whereas the arrogance and selfishness of people like Kobe for example, thwarts that. All in all, the Pistons are a better team than the Lakers. It's just the Faker fans don't want to admit this, but in the end you will see.

The Pistons have shown the blueprint to defeating the Fakers, and as times goes on old champions have to be replaced by new ones.

The Lakers only won against San Antonio because of luck. That Fisher shot was pure luck. That series could've ended differently if the Spurs had won that game.

Duncan's shot to put the Spurs ahead was just as lucky. He couldn't even see the basket when he put it up. The other three games they won were not nearly as close.

So when other teams make lucky shots its luck, but when the Fakers make it, it is not. What a wonderful world where the Fakers can have no luck, and can never suck. You Faker fans really amaze me. I hope the Fakers lose so your silly hang up with this Laker fetish can come to a close.

Well, tonite is the big night where the Pistons get a 3 - 1 lead and all you Faker fans see how the Lakers aren't that great at all. They are good, but not better than the Pistons.

The Lakers are entirely overrated and it just is really ironic that ever since all of the good teams sell off their best players to the Lakers and as soon as every other all-star player such as Michael Jordan left, the Lakers suddenly rise to the occasion and think they actually should deserve more kudos for that.

Wooooooo. I didn't watch the game but I was checking the score online all the time. I'm glad the Fakers lost. But Anon, it's too early to say it's over. I've seen all too many a team blow a 3-1 lead and go on to lose the cup/trophy.
