Of all of Armenia's neighbors and occupying powers, the Ottomans have probably had the greatest effect on Armenian mentality, psychology, way of life etc.

This is not true if by Armenia you mean the modern Republic of Armenia. I'd say both the Russian and Persian empires have played a bigger role in that region's history.

As for what was once called Ottoman or Turkish Armenia, well, I'm sure you know what happened.

Ottomans have been reduced to a couch accessories now. Romans, Persians and apostles are of more import to Armenia's history than blood thirsty Ottomans. Too bad we could not build a wall like the Chinese..
