Politics maybe? Most likely many factors are at play here that we will never know.
Your points are well made,
1st -- I'll try to find the coverage map posted in last 2 months by either Federate, Joseph, or Jk3( Jeff ) that you may see the technical point I'm making.
Also, if that radar could have accomplished what Russia was and is trying to accomplish in Armenia, they would have put in in Armenia in the first place. I think it was only put there in the first place ( because ) it was geographically the best spot. All other options Russia has are 2nd best at best.
Regarding two opposite comments made by our defense minister and military expert --
-- military expert is acknowledging geographical limitation of radar while defense minister is communicating to Russia that we (Hay) are solidly behind their judgment on this matter.

Stumbled across this photo recently. I had been looking for it for several years now, it is supposed to be an elderly Armenian woman in Artsakh. Quite a powerful image in my opinion.

She was a survivor of the genocide.
In fact , this image says everything about our nation for our past 100 years.

I remember this picture. If she was 106 and was born in 1885-87, then she was a suvivor of 1890, 1905, 1915 massacres, 1st and 2nd world wars, 1918-1919 Armenia-azerbaijan war, stalin's pogroms, Latest Artsakh war.
What a survivor we are...
She lived to the triumphs.
