Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

        Yerevan mayor visits Karabakh frontline

        YEREVAN. – Armenia capital city Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan paid a visit to a combat position of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Defense Army, and got familiarized with the living conditions of the soldiers on duty.

        Margaryan stressed that it is especially owing to the courage of the Armenian soldiers serving in the border zone that peace is maintained and an opportunity is enabled to also ensure development in Armenia’s capital city, the Yerevan Municipality Information and Public Relations Department informed.

        In addition, the mayor thanked the commanders for educating worthy defenders of the motherland.

        Before bidding farewell, the mayor of Yerevan assured that the municipality always stands with, and will continue to assist, the military servicemen and their families.

            Armenia Armed Forces 4th Military Unit marks 17th anniversary (PHOTOS)

            The 17th anniversary of the 4th Military Unit of the Armenian Armed Forces was celebrated Saturday in Yeghegnadzor city.

            Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan, Chief of the Armenian Armed Forces General Staff, Colonel General Yuri Khachaturov, numerous other high-ranking military officers as well as regional officials and statesmen were on hand at the event, the MOD press service informed.

            Military Unit Commander, Major General Andranik Makaryan delivered opening remarks.

            Congratulating those in attendance on the anniversary, Ohanyan, for his part, assured that the Armenian soldiers perform their military tasks with honor, and by using restraining mechanisms, they prevent the operations by the adversary’s sabotage and intelligence teams.

            An award ceremony also was held during the celebratory event.

            In addition, the defense minister handed the military unit’s battle flag to its command unit, and as a result of the unit’s hard work.

            The anniversary event concluded with a parade by the subdivisions of the 4th Military Unit.

              Politics is not about the pursuit of morality nor what's right or wrong
              Its about self interest at personal and national level often at odds with the above.

                      Այսօր արդեն պաշտոնապես հաստատվեց Քարվաճառի շրջանում ադրբեջանական դիվերսիոն խմբի երրորդ անդամի ձերբակալվելու մասին լուրը: Մինչ ուժային կառույցները փորձում էին գտնել ու բռնել փախած դիվերսանտին, հանրության շրջանում տարածվեցին տարաբնույթ մեկնաբանություններ, թե ադրբեջանական եռյակը դիվերսիոն խումբ չի եղել, թե նրանք բոլորովին այլ նպատակներով են ներթափանցել հայկական պետությունների տարածքներ և այլն: ԼՂՀ ՊԲ-ն Yerkir.am-ին տրամադրել էն բացառիկ կադրեր, որոնք նկարահանել են հենց դիվերսանտները` իրենք իրենց: Կադրերում նրանք երեւում են իրենց զենքերով ու տեսագրում իրենց զրույցը: Մորթված հորթի կտորները, «Ջերմուկ»-ի շիշը, դիվերսանտների խոսակցություններից դատելով, հայ անասնապահների մոտից են գողացել: Հստակ երեւում են նաեւ դիվերսանտներից մեկի կողքից կախված ատրճանակը, այլ զենքեր: Իսկ խոսակցության թեման, թերեւս, սեփական արարքների մասին գլուխգովանությունն է, նաեւ հպարտանում են, թե գողությունն ադրբեջանցիների պապենական մասնագիտությունն է...                       Ադրբեջանցի դիվերսանտները նկարահանել են, թե ինչպես են անցկացնում իրենց ժամանակը Քարվաճառում:

                      Ինչպես հայտնում է Yerkir.am-ը, բացառիկ կադրերը տրամադրել է ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակը: Կադրերում ադրբեջանցիները երեւում են իրենց զենքերով եւ տեսագրում իրենց զրույցը: Մորթված հորթի կտորները, «Ջերմուկ»-ի շիշը, դիվերսանտների խոսակցություններից դատելով, հայ անասնապահների մոտից են գողացել: Հստակ երեւում են նաեւ դիվերսանտներից մեկի կողքից կախված ատրճանակը, այլ զենքեր:

                      Նշենք, որ արդբեջանցի 3 դիվերսանտ օրերս մտել էին Քարվաճառ: Նրանցից առաջինին հենց նույն օրն էլ մեր հայ զինվորականները գերեվարել: Երկրորդ դիվերսանտը սպանվել էր հուլիսի 11-ին, սակայն հասցրել էր իր հերթին սպանել հայ սպայի եւ վիրավորել մի կնոջ: Վերջին դիվերսանտին հայկական կողմը բռնել է հուլիսի 14-ին. նա վիրավոր է:
