The Armenian side has provided an earlier promised “disproportionate” response to the Azeri deadly attack on its helicopter that was carried out last month, Armenia’s Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan told reporters over the weekend...

“Disproportionate responses in most cases are military secrets. Not all cases can be made public. This [promised] disproportionate response has already taken place, and we’ve partly informed the public about it,” said Minister Ohanyan, without elaborating..

What's the point of promising a response when your planning on keeping that said response a "military secret". What ever the response was it definitely wasn't "disproportionate" because we would see it all over the news. Did I miss something? What's the heck happened that's more disproportionate than them shooting down one of our attack helicopter .

I'm just confused as to what Ohanians idea of a disproportionate response is. A proportionate response would be us shooting one of their helicopter down. So a disproportionate response would have to be us taking it up a notch like shooting down a fighter or shelling the crap out of them. Even taking some land isn't on the same level as the shootdown. There's now way your one upping a helicopter shoot down and it not becoming public. That's my line of reasoning.

The negotiations, which will be conducted from Monday to Thursday in the Southern Military Okrug (district) of the RF Armed Forces, will be devoted to designing and specifying the joint planning documents for the use of the Armenia and the RF army troops.

The talks will be held in accordance with the 2014 Bilateral Cooperation Plan, which the Armenian and the Russian MODs have signed, the Armenia MOD press service informed.

Your right, I didn't read your post correctly.
My guess is is Hayastan is -- NOT -- trying to start a war so no details of of the hammer we laid down is forthcoming. We know these idiots have poor self esteem issues and if we make public our successful response measure they may feel compelled to "prove" to the world (lol) that they're something more than heartless butt/wipe monkeys.
Insofar as taking land not being sufficient response --- the land is (the) most important thing to both east & west jerks.
