YEREVAN. – The Salamanca Band and Bugles Of The Rifles British Army band had their first concert in Yerevan. (PHOTO)

On Monday the musicians will be visiting Spendiaryan and Tigranyan music academies.

On Tuesday they will be performing at Freedom Square, outside the Opera House, and on Wednesday is the highlight of the whole visit which will be a concert in Republic square where they will be joined by the band of the Armenian Ministry of Defense. All of these concerts are free.

Earliar in an interview with Armenian News-NEWS.am, Nick Wilkes, UK Defence Attaché Georgia, Armenia & Azerbaijan said to bring the band to Armenia was a good opportunity to make both defense relations and cultural relations closer.

Սեպտեմբերի 21-ին Սիսիան-Վայք ավտոճանապարհի 32-րդ կմ-ում՝ չբացահայտված հանգամանքներում «Ֆոլկսվագեն Գոլֆ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի մասից և ընկել ձորը։ Փրկարարները ձորից դուրս են բերել մեքենայի վարորդ՝ 1989 թվականին ծնված զինծառայող Սուրեն Դավթյանի դին։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության մամուլի ծառայությունը։

Սպանվել է Տավուշի մարզի զինվորական կոմիսարը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Տավուշի զինվորական կոմիսար, Մովսես գյուղի բնակիչ Դերենիկ Պապյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ, որի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված քննչական և դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է շարժառիթը, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի կայքը:

Սեպտեմբերի 18-ին՝ ժամը 23։10-ին, «Բերդ» բժշկական կենտրոնից հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ պարանոցի շրջանում ստացած հրազենային վնասվածքով իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել Դերենիկ Անուշավանի Պապյանը՝ մահացած։

Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը։ Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Տավուշի զինվորական կոմիսար Դ.Պապյանին մահացու հրազենային վնասվածքը պատճառվել է 2015թ. սեպտեմբերի 18-ին՝ ժամը 22։00-ի սահմաններում, Տավուշի մարզի Մովսես գյուղի գյուղամիջյան ճանապարհին՝ գյուղապետարանի վարչական շենքից 100մ հեռավորության վրա, համագյուղացու կողմից։

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ Դ.Պապյանը դիտողություն է արել համագյուղացի, ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ գտնվող Ա.Մկրտումյանին՝ անվայել պահվածքի համար, ինչից վրդովված վերջինս վերցրել է որսորդական հրացանը և կրակել Դ.Պապյանի վրա։

Դեպքի առթիվ 19.09.2015թ. հարուցվել է քրեական գործ է՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (Սպանությունը՝ ապօրինաբար մեկ ուրիշին դիտավորությամբ կյանքից զրկելը՝ պատժվում է ազատազրկմամբ՝ վեցից տասներկու տարի ժամկետով):

Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում դեպքի վայրից հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է հանցագործության գործիք հրացանը՝ կրակված պարկուճների հետ միասին:

Ա.Մկրտումյանը ձերբակալվել է: Որոշումներ են կայացվել՝ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ նշանակելու մասին:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։

Azerbaijani Armed Forces, which are well-equipped with sufficient number of aircraft, are ready to carry out any combat task given by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief

Baku – APA. Under the instructions of Azerbaijani President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev on increasing the level of training of the Air Force, a military pilot training center opened in the country, the defense ministry said on Sept.21.

Defense Minister Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, who attended the opening of the new center, first reviewed equipment of operation, paratroops, search and rescue, helicopter simulators, laboratory and other facilities in the training center for Mi-35 helicopter crew.

It was noted that equipment, installed in the center of modern helicopter simulators fully adapted to the real conditions, was aimed at improving theoretical preparation of the crew for training, maintaining their combat readiness, as well as re-training of personnel who will operate the flights with other airlines in accordance with the approved training program.

Simulators used in trainings of pilots open up opportunities to carry out virtual flights, shootings and other acts. Flight crew are holding trainings in simulators reflecting the interior of the actual helicopter xxxxpit and controlled by the operator, in which devices, equipments, management systems were installed.

In his meeting with young pilots trained by qualified specialists, the minister noted that Azerbaijan’s Armed Forces are well-equipped with sufficient number of aircraft and is ready to carry out any combat task given by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief.

Hasanov also inspected modern hangars which have been constructed for the storing and repair of helicopters.

The minister gave instructions for the continuation of efforts in this respect.

The ministry’s leadership then visited the newly-built modern dining room, bathroom-laundry-boiler house complex built for the flight and technical personnel.

The defense minister also inspected the ongoing construction in three modern buildings – within each 50 apartments – intended for married servicemen.

Minister Hasanov then gave necessary instructions for the construction to be completed soon.
