7 Azeri soldiers killed in Azerbaijani act of sabotage
The Azerbaijani side lost seven soldiers, as a result of the Azerbaijani act of sabotage on August 31, NKR Defense Army Press Secretary Senor Hasratyan told NEWS.am.
The names of two Azerbaijani soldiers are clear-Vugar Amirov and Parvin Abdullayev (both born in 1991). Hasratyan said the incident details are being clarified and will be available to the public.
According to him, the publications in the Azerbaijani mass media, the Armenian side lost three soldiers, are untrue. Fortunately, the Armenian side incurred no losses, only private Rudik Manaseryan was injured in the skirmish.
As NEWS.am reported previously, on August 31, at about 6:30 a.m. Yerevan time, the Azeri side tried to commit another act of sabotage on the contact line between the Azeri and Nagorno-Karabakh armed forces. The Armenian soldiers spotted Azeri soldiers near Verin Chailu and threw them back, causing losses to the enemy.
