Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարի մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանն այն կարծիքին է, որ Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարության կողմից բանակում ծառայության անցնելու համար կամավորականների հավաքագրումն առանձնահատուկ նշանակություն չունի: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում Հովհաննիսյանը կարծիք հայտնեց, որ դա արվում է ցուցադրականության շրջանակներում: «Ադրբեջանը անցած օրերին համառորեն ինչ-որ բաներ էր ցանկանում ցույց տալ՝ մեկ իրենց զինապահեստներն էին ցույց տալիս, մեկ՝ զենքերը: Չի բացառվում, որ այդ շրջանակներում է արվում այս ամենը»,- ասաց նա:

Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարության այս քայլը ծիծաղելի է համարում այն առումով, որ նրանք նախկինում հայտարարում էին, թե կամավորների հավաքագրելու խնդիրներ չունեն: «Սա մի փոքր ծիծաղելի է այն առումով, որ եթե զինադադար է, եթե ի սկզբանե ասում էին, որ որևէ խնդիր չունեն, ապա ի՞նչ կարիք կա կամավորների հավաքագրել: Մենք, օրինակ, ի սկզբանե հենց առաջին օրվանից հավաքագրել ենք ու չենք թաքցրել: Նույնիսկ ինչ-որ պահի ասել ենք, որ այլևս չգան, որովհետև իսկապես շատ էին գալիս, սակայն տվյալ դեպքում իրենց արարքն անհասկանալի է: Նախկինում ինչ խաղ էին խաղում, հիմա ինչ խաղ են խաղում, միմյանց հետ չի համընկնում»,- եզրափակեց Հովհաննիյսանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը սահմանել է երկրի զինված ուժերում կամավոր ու հրատապ ծառայության անցնելու կարգը: Նախարարությունը հաղորդել է, որ հաշվի առնելով զինված ուժերում ծառայության անցնելու ցանկություն հայտնողների մեծ թիվը, սահմանվել է ընթացակարգը: Նշվում է, որ հրատապ ծառայության անցնել ցանկացողները կարող են դիմել այն զորամասի հրամանատարությանը, որտեղ ցանկանում են ծառայել:

I don't think so. There will be lots of large caliber fire change, they will do some cheap "strategic" deception but they will not advance. Artsakh forces did put some fear in the Sulatan. They are VERY uncertain with everything. Be prepared for lots of shelling with the objective on creating economic hardship. Won't work they are fked.

This is Vugar Yusifov after his training at the U.S. Army Intelligence Center at Fort Huachuca, Ariz in 2007. On the night of April 3-4 of this year, by then Colonel Yusifov was commander of Az. Special Forces brigade; he was killed during unsuccessful Azerbaijani efforts to capture the Armenian village of Talish in Karabakh's northeast. So much for U.S. legislation mandating that military aid to Azerbaijan not be used against Armenians. Even more troubling aspect of this is that Yusifov's subordinates killed three elderly people on outskirts of Talish, a war crime that should trigger a ban on any military aid to Azerbaijan and more.

Hmm I wonder if mods will do something about shantik or do I have to stoop down to his level again to generate a response? Will try to keep it civil...yes shantik perhaps you can look at facts like the picture right there or that the sultan launched the attack after high level meetings in USA...or you can simply ignore reality and enjoy your shared russophobia with your friend and just blame russia. I will not stoop down to your level but you go ahead and enjoy whatever is down there.

What's funny is I would say I'm more anti-west than I am anti-russia.. but you're too blind to see that. You've already made up your mind that everyone is against Russia just like the turks who claim everyone who disagree with them is islamophobe. This will be my last post directed to your garbage.


Back to the issue at hand, I feel Armenia's opposition just like many in the diaspora are taking this uneasy situation as an opportunity to benefit their self interests.
