  • Re: Nagorno-Karabagh: Military Balance Between Armenia & Azerbaijan

One post says OSCE found no cease fire violations, the very next post says one of our guys got killed. OSCE is nonsense. It's all a ruse.

In the Azeri videos you can see their guys are wearing full body armor including neck guards. It seems like we lose an awful lot of men to snipers while they do not. Is this the difference?

I'm no expert, but from what I know that neck guards do not do much to prevent sniper attacks. They are not the reason in the difference between our losses due to snipers, compared to theirs. The difference may be that they do not report it, or when they do, they just claim that their soldier got ran over by a bulldozer or something. I know a gunnery sergeant who was a sniper in the US Marines. He would tell me a sniper attack by a trained expert sniper is almost impossible to prevent. He would say that the snipers worst enemy is the counter sniper. Read this online article I found. It should answer many of your questions.

The video was removed by youtube because BARS media reported me LOL. I don't want to steal anyones work, and I'm not making money out of it. I just did something I like. Well, there should be another way.

Back in 2011, they were showing the documentary "A Story of People in War and Peace" on a local Kansas TV station. I found someone from Kansas via the Internet who recorded it for me and mailed me the disc. Before then, I had only seen the 2 minute trailer. I uploaded it on YouTube and the director (I think Vahan is his name) contacted me and told me to take it down because he was going to premier it soon and release it on DVD. Long story short, I took it down but he never released it on DVD. I still have the full movie though. Bars Media is really protective of their copyrights.

My video got over 100 views in half an hour, their song is not even close. But it's their footage and I respect that.
