Not sure why auto gyro of Germany was shown as part of emergency situation talk ?
Certainly a cost effective surveillance tool, but those are basically commercial toys.
Carter Copter/USA in my opinion is the way to go if you want really cutting edge gyro technology and function/performance.
They are the only ones I've seen that utilize the "jump" takeoff capability inherent in auto gyro to its max. Also the only ones to slow the rotor to gain optimum speed and stability. Also they make them in useful sizes up to jumbo jet size.
Really like the auto gyro concept but that post was confusing.

Bro it's simple. Why do we get gas from Russia and pay transit fees to Georgia if we can get the same gas directly from Iran? Same goes to petrol.
The same logic goes for this deal and many others.

Iranian gas is more expensive than the Russian. Iranian law prohibits petrol export. Armenia imported petrol from Romania.

Because Armenia (Ministry of Emergency Services) and Russia signed an agreement to create a joint humanitarian center together that would serve the needs of Armenia and the region in general. Russians invested and renovated the unused Stepanavan airport to serve as a humanitarian/emergency hub where helicopters can land.
