Aliyev and some so-called "analysts" who appear regularly on Civilnet, Azatutyun, Hetq, Lragir, et al sound identical.

I see you complaining all the time about these media but never about the propaganda machine of our government. Let us be honest and fair. Newspapers like news.am or TV lik H1 is not better than azatutyun or CivilNet. Lies stay lies. And it's not important who is producing them

Apparently according to Wiki we have over 160 BTR-80 's in our Armed Forces. I doubt we would buy BTR -82. I would invest in the TIger APC.
