Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

Always got to find something to complain about?
he is worth more alive than dead they could have just put a bullet in his head instead, you think they are not going to get info out of him?
put him in storage as insurance and let him speak about the conditions in the azeri army so we can use it for propaganda purposes.
Dont behead him and put it up for display in village squares.

      Who's talking about killing him?
What I am talkin is about out of reality stupidity.
Human rights do not matter for Azeris. You cannot effect them with any propaganda that way.
What you're talking would affect us actually if Turks tried to show us that they won't behead us or harm if we ended up in their hands. Even without that kind of propaganda we have plenty of people who try to put human values in Turks that is not there.
This charade won't affect Azeris a single bit. They will hate us no less, probably with more boldness.
Any speech by this guy about conditions in their army has no effect. Every azery knows what the real conditions are, just like we know about our army.
By doing so above, the unknown, fear and anxiety is being taken out from azery soldiers, which is wrong.
Best propaganda we can do for our selfs is keep fear in Azeris about concequence of their actions.
Not ceasefire any time they ask and not humane treatment afterwards.
Nobody is talking about killing the captive.
The whole charad of Ramil Safarov's trial, jailing and return as a hero became generationsl education tool in them.
All this stupidity about European stile humane treatment for this guy will become just another education and mindset tool for Turks.
This will not work as a propaganda benefit for us, but a propaganda benefit for them.

            Something frickin wrong here...
What do you want ? You want us to assassinate him in cold blood. We have protocols to follow and as you can see the Azeris are denouncing him for a reason of embarrassment. Our Army was professional and the treatment shows that the Armenian side is not the aggressor. If you want to reveal your enemies weaknesses you need to play politics and this is a major embarrassment for the Azeri side.

I already said no killing him. Not even torturing to a level that they do to us.
But instead of going out of skin to prove that this boy is alright and treated by highest standards to east and west (who don't give a sh I t about anything we try to prove), keep silent for a couple of weeks about his condition.
Meanwhile get his confession on video of him incriminating his government and spread it. By that time this idiot's mother and media would spread enough confusion around.
Then declare that azeri prisoner will be allowed as much rights and international organizations visits as Azerbaijan government allows to our boy in their custody. And if Azeri government does not reverse its 15 years prison sentence of a criminal and treat our serviceman as war prisoner by Geneva convention, then this prisoner will be held in similar conditions until they do.
Then put demand that the only way this prisoner will be released is in exchange for our guy.
And those ombudsmen should get actively involved in recording and protecting our own internal political or other prisoners first before doing international show offs for our enemy.
              That is what I want.
And your points of embarrassment to azeri government etc, all this years of defeats and losses and failures never having any embarrassment on Aliev (on the contrary, he is more bold and threatening and in control), there is nothing from this case to embarrass them enough.
The other, to prove that who is aggressor by showing off their intruder like this is loughable. All our dead soldiers and chopped off elderly and shot villages never prompting correct response from powers, this will? I feel as if we have already opened and presented our asses enough.
Last, how our humane treatment will show weakness of their brutality? when every Turks prides himself in it, is beyond me.
