Guess what?? Armenia is an extremely poor Third World USSR Country. Dont be jealous cause your country is Third World. In the EU and Canada there are a lot of things that we say about Armenians and mostly its not very good either.

So instead of being so damn rude an EU Member State you should look very hard towards your Third World very lagging very poor country Soviet Country before talking about an EU State like that. I have been to Armenia with my fellow Romanian mates and Armenians are actually very curious about Romania being in the EU, they ask lots of questions, are very respectful towards me and my Romanian mates.

Romania has joined the EU (West) and NATO (West), where is Armenia??? An extremely poor country that is landlocked and performing very badly. Romania is an EU Regional Power of the Western Balkans and EE and is one of the best performers in the EU in a lot of things. Yeah sure Romania has some issues like the rest of the EU12 but at least they have the will and the dertimination to overcome them.

Romania and Canada have excellent relations due to its EU Membership, Regional Power Status, Francophone among other things. Romania has excellent relations with a hell of a lot of other Countries around the world for quite a lot of reasons.

I have lived in Romania also so I know where its at, I talk to lots of Romanians who agree with me.

So you stupid person instead of insulting and saying things about an EU State like you are doing. Why dont you go back to Armenia and help it get it out of desperate state instead of running away from your own Soviet issues that you carry with you since the USSR times.

I was reading that Armenia will be an extremely poor country for many many years and will not catch up for a long time, so maybe you should think about where Armenia is at cause at the moment Armenia is considered to be a failing country.

Most Armenians are very nice people but obviously not you. Why dont you go back to your Third World Country Armenia? Armenia's getting worse, and I know cause I talk to lots of Armenians in Canada and tell me that's their lives were hell and still are they were pleased to leave Armenia and would never return.
What are you talking about, do you even know the history of Armenia? If we compare the history of Armenia with Romania, you will be embarrassed. I have nothing against Romanians, but such a brutality just makes me angry.

First of all, the Armenians in Europe have a very good reputation (I live in the Netherlands), unlike the Romanians. Most of the Armenians (like the Armenian community in France) are wealthy and highly educated. Romanian stands for Gypsies in Europe.

I do not know why you are so proud being a ''EU-slave''. If the Armenians had lived in the location where the Romanians live, the country would have been ten time as advanced and richer than it is now (connection with the sea also).

Who needs the NATO? Do you think Romania has an influence in European structures like the EU and the NATO, the answer is no. Don't you think it is obvious that Romania, a country in Europe, joins such European structures whereas Armenia, all the way in the Kaukasus does not. You can not compare these things.

If not for the Armenians, the history of Europe and a lot of other countries would have been different. We were in the frontline against a lot of nations, and we have defended our values throughout history. We have seen how weak the nations in Eastern Europe were, converting into islam when the filthy Turks invaded Europe. We are people who stand by our values and never surrender, and we are proud of it.

You stupid guys have a easy life, whereas we are surrended by hostile muslim countries, so do not compare you're gypsy country with Armenia.

Then you clearly have not met all Russians. I assure you, Armenians are not as well liked as you pass it off. Nor are Armenians angels in Russia, and I can tell you stories from personal families and relatives who know what goes on.

As you know Romania has never been part of the Soviet Union or Yugoslavia and has been free from Organised Crime etc. Has been an independent country forever free from being a member of any organisation in the communist times e.g. USSR, YU etc.

Romania has an excellent Human Rights Record which is very attractive to Canada.

He also wants to know why Romania is not well known in the USSR, Slavic, CIS Countries? Why is Romania not discussed much in these types of Threads? He wants the answer as soon as possible as he is doing studies for University about this stuff.

As Romania is an EU State and a Regional Power Romania and Canada have excellent Relations and a strong relationship through cultural links. Romania is a crucial country as a Regional Power and a Member of the EU to collaborate. Romania is a crucial and very important partner in the Francophone, EU and participates as an active and highly influential member given that Romania is the EU's 7th Biggest Member State also very attractive for Canadian Investments the most important in the Balkans and EE

Romania is the single largest Investment Destination in the Western Balkans and EE and by far the most important partner in a wide range of things. Romania's Regional Power and EU Membership is very important to Canada and the US which has both excellent relations.

Romanians are very well respected in Canada and the US alongside other Countries I know of and have heard of through friends and sources.

Another milestone for Romania is that is has graduated from all assistance programs and has joined the West (EU and NATO) and in the near future the OECD. Romania on its huge experience has made its own External Funding Program for Countries outside the EU and has been a success. Romania's External Funding Program is one of the most sophisticated in the Western Balkans and EE and has become a magnet for Countries outside the EU particularly the former USSR countries, the Western Balkans, Central Asia etc. Romania's experience will be a long legacy for other countries to graduate their Assistance Programs.

    Distasteful but maybe right?
Why is Romania not talked about much or known about in the CIS, Slavic Countries in the Western Balkans, EE, and The Caucasus even though Romania is in the EU?

You need to be more informed about an EU State (Romania).

Romania is one of the safest Member States in the EU.

Romania has one of the Highest rankings in the World for Peace and Humanity.

Romania is ranked behind its EU Counterpart the Netherlands. Excellent result for Romania!

Bulgaria's ranking is similar to some African countries. Very poor results. Bulgaria is infested with organised crime and lacks the capacity or the will to tackle it. Very poor performance coming from an EU Member State Bulgaria
