Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը CNN-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է, որ Անկարան ագրեսիա կգնահատի այն իրավիճակը, եթե իր ռազմական ինքնաթիռի կողմից Սիրիայի օդային տարածքը խախտելու դեպքում, այն խոցվի ռուսական զենիթահրթիռային համակարգի միջոցով:
Լրագրողի այն հարցին, թե ինչպես Անկարան կարձագանքի այն դեպքում, եթե թուրքական ռազմական ինքնաթիռը խախտի Սիրիայի օդային տարածքն ու խոցվի С-400 համակարգի միջոցով, Էրդողանը պատասխանել է. «Մենք չենք ցանկանում տարածաշրջանում ինչ-որ լարվածություն տեսնել: Չենք ցանկանում դրան մասնակցել: Բայց նրանք, ովքեր Սիրիայի կողքին են կանգնում և նպաստում լարվածության աճին, կարծում եմ, պատասխանատվություն են կրում դրա համար»:

Ադրբեջանցիները սահմանում բարձրախոսներով հայերեն, հակահայ քարոզչություն են անում

Ադրբեջանական գնդակոծության պատճառով Իջեւանի տարածաշրջանի սահմանամերձ Այգեհովիտ գյուղի «Ուռի հողեր» տարածքում 23 հեկտար խաղողի այգիներում բերքահավաք չի կատարվել:

Այգեհովտի գյուղապետ Լեւոն Գրիգորյանը հայտնեց, որ գնդակոծվող խաղողի այգիները պատկանում են 43 այգեհովիտցու:

Նրա խոսքերով՝ այդ այգիներից նախատեսվում էր հավաքել նվազագույնը 150 տոննա խաղող: Լ. Գրիգորյանն ասաց, որ իրենք կսպասեն եւս մի քանի օր, հետո կդիմեն Տավուշի մարզպետարան, որպեսզի այդ այգիների տերերին պետական փոխհատուցում տրվի: Նշված այգիների տերերից 12-ը խաղողի հանձնման պայմանագիր ունեն Երեւանի կոնյակի գործարանի Բերդի մասնաճյուղի հետ, մնացածները իրենց բերքը պետք է հանձնեին Իջեւանի, Այգեպարի եւ Դեբեդավանի գործարաններ:

«Ուռի հողերում« խաղողի բերքահավաքի ժամանակ, սեպտեմբերի 15-ին, ադրբեջանական գնդակոծությունից ամբողջությամբ այրվել է այգեհովիտցի Բաղրամ Ահարոնյանի «ՎԱԶ-2106» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, սեպտեմբերի 17-ին նույն տարածքում Այգեհովտի Կայան թաղամասի բնակիչ Արթուր Թամրազյանի «Նիսան» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան ադրբեջանական դիպուկահարի կրակից մեծ չափով վնասվել է:

Այգեհովտից տեղեկացանք, որ գյուղի ցածրադիր հատվածում գտնվող «Ուռի հողերի» դեմ-դիմաց ադրբեջանցիները բարձրախոսներով կրկնում են հակահայկական քարոզչական տեքստ: Ձայնագրված այդ տեքստում ադրբեջանցիները հայերեն լեզվով հայտարարում են, որ թույլ չեն տա բերքահավաք կատարել, հայերն ադրբեջանցիների հողերն են զբաղեցրել եւ այլն: Գյուղապետ Գրիգորյանը հաստատեց այս իրողությունը, հավելելով, որ ադրբեջանցիների քարոզչությունը չի ազդում իր համագյուղացիների վրա, քանի որ արդեն 25 տարի իրենք ապրում են պատերազմական առօրյայով: Նա ասաց, որ ադրբեջանցիների քարոզչությունը վկայում է նրանց հուսահատական վիճակի մասին, ասելով. «Արջն իր ահից է գոռում»:

Հավելենք, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը հակահայ քարոզչություն իրականացրել է նաեւ Նոյեմբերյանի տարածաշրջանի սահմանամերձ Բարեկամավան գյուղում:Բարեկամավանի դիրքերը պաշտպանող հայ զինծառայողները հայերեն լեզվով ադրբեջանական քարոզչություն լսել են անցյալ եւ այս տարի: Բարձրախոսներից հայ սահմանապահներին կոչ է արվել լքել դիրքերը, անցնել Ադրբեջանի տարածք: Ազերիները սահմանը հատելու, Ադրբեջան անցնելու համար նույնիսկ ժամկետ էին տվել` 3 օր: Ոսկան ՍԱՐԳՍՅԱՆ

AZERBAIJANI DEFENSE MINISTRY URGES SOME MEDIA OUTLETS TO AVOID ARMENIAN PROPAGANDA

The information indicating the full names of several soldiers of
the Azerbaijani Armed Forces allegedly killed on Sept.28, which was
released by some e-media outlets of Armenia, is absolutely baseless,
said the statement from the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry on Sept.29.

According to the ministry, such cheap and absurd information is simply
aimed at deceiving the Armenian people, and it proves that the enemy
is in low psychological spirits.

The ministry noted that the persons indicated in the information are
not members of personnel of the Azerbaijani armed forces.

The defense ministry is regularly informing the public about
developments on the frontline and also issued an official statement
about servicemen killed in recent battles on the frontline, said
the statement.

Such news is part of a special propaganda of the Armenian side, and
some local electronic media outlets are involved in these activities.

The ministry won't comment on delusions of the Armenian side and
some local media outlets that are looking for sensation. So, we again
recommend representatives of the media outlets not to succumb to the
enemy's provocations and disseminate verified official information
only, said the statement.

Their national character is so predictable, it is not even funny.
I may bet, in the coming days, they will do exactly what they accuse us of doing.
They will publish a list of 30-40 fake names, they will say, we lost....

Թուրքիայում սոցիալական մեդիայի հերոս դարձած Մոհամմեդ Ֆադել Դոբուսը, որն առավել հայտնի է որպես «իռլանդացի զբոսաշրջիկ» և որը միայնակ ծեծել էր բազմաթիվ թուրք խանութպանների, դարձել է տեսախաղի հերոս։

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Hurriyet Daily News-ը, թողարկված նոր տեսախաղը կրում է «Իռլանդացի բռնցքամարտիկ» անվանումը, իսկ խաղի հիմքում ընկած է ծագումով Քուվեյթից Մոհամմեդի պատմությունը, որին փորձել էին մահակներով ծեծել խանութի թուրք աշխատակիցները։

Խաղը կարճ ժամանակում մեծ վարկանիշ է ձեռք բերել։ Խաղում «բռնցքամարտիկը» փորձում է առաջ շարժվել, սակայն աթոռներով ու փայտերով զինված 15 մարդիկ փորձում են խանգարել նրան։

Հիշեցնենք, որ վերջերս զբոսաշրջիկը մտել էր խանութ՝ ջուր գնելու, սակայն ջրի շշերը թափվել էին, ինչից հետո խանութի զայրացած աշխատակիցները փորձել էին ծեծել իռլանդացուն։ Սակայն արդյունքում տեղի էր ունեցել հակառակը. զբոսաշրջիկը ոչ միայն լավ պաշտպանվել էր, այլև ծեծել էր բոլոր 15 հարձակվողներին։

Expert: We should prepare for war rather than intimidate enemy through media

Oxu.Az interviews war expert, resigned general Vladimir Timoshenko.

Information about talks between Moscow and Yerevan regarding plans to
supply ballistic complexes Iskander-M to Armenia has caused a wave of
outrage in Azerbaijan. All the same, there is an opinion that even in
case these complexes are delivered, Armenians won't be able to use
them without Russia's information. In any case, should Azerbaijan be
concerned over Armenia's possession of these complexes?

It is not targeting Azerbaijan. This is my personal opinion. Iskander
cannot be used against our flying jets in our territory because this
would be a military crime and those responsible will be held
accountable in the tribulal.

So, who are they targeting?

NATO. All these negotiations are just flowers against what Russia is
taking in this direction. See what will happen further. America, NATO
have adopted a decision to raise armament in Europe. And Russia, in
response, started to fortify its flanks. They will place their weapony
on their military base, in other part of Armenia, as well.

But should we watch silently the process of our enemy's armament by
Russia, whatever is behind it?

We, just like we did earlier, should strengthen our combat readiness.
And, by the way, we should intimidate Armenians less. Our people like
boasting about the purchased armament via press. This should not be
done. We should prepare for war rather than intimidate the enemy
through media. Or, for example, the statements about production of an
unrivalled sniper rifle in Azerbaijan.

Everyone understands that the sniper rifle is intended not for hunting
the hares. This should also not be published. We must be really
strong. By the way, the Defense Ministry, the General Staff is
seriously strengthening the military might and this produces a strong
effect.

And another thing that I would like to note is that I am often asked:
Is our army ready? I answer: the army is ready but it is necessary for
the state to be ready and have good mobilization reserves.

What weaponry do we need as a country, preparing for war?

We would primarily have an offensive weaponry, cutting-edge reliable
means for termination of flying jets, aviation.

What goes does Russia pursue by arming both Azerbaijan and Armenia
that are on the verge of a new war?

It is no secret that Russia is taking a pro-Armenian position. If we
look through the documents that we have signed so far, it would become
clear that any trust to Russia's impartiality is our of the question.
Even when it is acting to organize the meetings of the Presidents of
Azerbaijan and Armenia, it is just a hot air. Russia is happy about
the current state of affairs. It seeks to keep a rein on Azerbaijan so
that we remain dependent on Russia.
After a half of the world turned their back to Russia, Russian
politicians became frequent visitors to our country. Whoever has come
here: State duma head, foreign minister, even that clown Zhirinovski.
I believe that Azerbaijan should use this situation for its interests.
Call it a bargain, if we wish.

Do you mean that under such circumstances Azerbaijan can count on
Russia's activeness in liberation of the occupied lands?

Let it at least liberate the regions around Nagorno Karabakh. In this
case, Azerbaijan will assume a commitment. If these regions are
considered 'a buffer zone' for Armenians, we will undertake not to
place the armed forces there. And let them withdraw.

I hear that such measures are taken in this direction, but I see no
breakthrough. There is an exchange of coutesies with Russia, but no
real results are observed.

Meanwhile, it is not the last case of supply of Iskanders to Armenia.
Russia delivers many other things there, 'just in case'. But, as I
have already said, we should rather care of aviation and ballistic
complex, applied for hitting the surface targets.

Հուլիսի 14-ին Ադրբեջանի սահմանակից Թովուզի շրջանում խոշոր տրամաչափի փամփուշտի պայթյունից վիրավորվել է 3 մարդ: Այս մասին հայտնում է ադրբեջանական Oxu.Az լրատվական կայքը՝ հղում անելով Ադրբեջանի ներքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի ծառայությանը:Խոշոր տրամաչափի փոմփուշտը, որի պայթյունի հետևանքով վիրավորվել են երկու մանկահասակ երեխաներ ու 44-ամյա մի կին, շինարարական աշխատանքների ժամանակ հայտնաբերել է շրջանի բնակիչներից մեկը: Վիրավորները հոսպիտալացվել են:

Ըստ «ԱՊԱ-ի»՝ Հասանովի հրամանում ասվում է, որ «եթե հայկական զինուժի ստորաբաժանումները շարունակեն ադրբեջանական բնակավայրերի գնդակոծումը», ապա Ադրբեջանի բանակը կկիրառի իր տրամադրության տակ եղած խոշոր զինատեսակները՝ այդ ստորաբաժանումների դիրքերի ուղղությամբ կրակ բացելու նպատակով։

Հայկական կողմից իրադարձություններին արձագանքել են ՊՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը, իսկ ավելի ուշ՝ ԼՂՀ ՊԲ մամուլի ծառայությունը՝ հերքելով ադրբեջանական գյուղերի գնդակոծության մասին լուրերն ու դրանք որակելով սադրանք:

Այսօր՝ հուլիսի 15-ի առավոտյան էլ ՊԲ մամուլի ծառայությունը տեղեկություն է տարածել, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը սկսել է ակտիվորեն կրակել առաջնագծում, իսկ հարավային ուղղության վրա կիրառել է նաև 60 մմ տրամաչափի ականանետային կրակ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2015-ի հունիսի 12-ից 28-ը Բաքվում անցկացվեցին Եվրոպական առաջին մարզական խաղերը, որոնց նախորդած ժամանակաշրջանում, ինչպես նաև բուն խաղերի ընթացքում, իրավիճակն առաջնագծում ընդունել էր համեմատաբար հանգիստ բնույթ, թեպետ հրադադարի խախտման լուրջ դեպքեր, այդուհանդերձ, գրանցվեցին։

Համեմատաբար հանգիստ իրավիճակը շարունակում էր պահպանվել նաև խաղերից հետո, ու այս համատեքստում «հայկական կրակոցից վիրավորվածների» մասին հայտարարություններից ստեղծվում է տպավորություն, որ Ադրբեջանը պարզապես փորձում է հիմնավորումներ ստեղծել՝ նախկին գործելաոճին՝ առաջնագծում իրավիճակի ապակայունացմանն անցնելու համար, և ներքին խնդիրներն ու դժբախտ պատահարները ներկայացնում է որպես հայկական կողմի չար դիտավորություն:

Stupidity of theese people has no limit, specially at a scientific level.
One must explain perhaps, how is it technically possible to transport radiocative water (if ever that is supposed to happen), from Metzamor, to Voghtchi river???
There is at least 350 Km of road, 4 montain passes....
Why not sent it directly from Metzamor to Arax directly by the Metzamor river???

Okhchuchay flows into Aras river. Aras River is mostly polluted here.

There is information that Metsamor nuclear power plant's radioactive
waters are discharged into Aras river through Okhchu river," senior
research fellow of the Institute of Geography of Azerbaijan National
Academy of Sciences (ANAS), Mahammad Abduyev told APA.

Abduyev said that heavy metals - copper, lead and nickel are higher
than the norm in Boyuk Kesik direction of Kura River. "Debed river
is flowing from Armenia. It is tributary of Khram river. Armenia's
Alaverdi copper smelting plant discharges waters into Khram river
through Debed and it leads to pollution of the Kura River.

Self-regulation process occurs in the water if the distance is long.

Sewage mixes with clean water. Then, the amount of pollutants
decrease."

According to the Institute's employee, Iran's constructing a canal
from Aras river to the lake, in order to prevent drying of Lake Urmia,
will have a negative impact on Azerbaijan. "As you know, there is such
a plan. Due to the financial problems, the issue remains pending. In
case of its implementation, there can be water scarcity in Saatli,
Sabirabad and Imishli districts. And this is a big problem for
Azerbaijan", he added.
