I am pretty sure the armenians in jerusalem speak western armenian. My friend's parents are from there and they speak western.

I can confirm the Armenians in Israel speak Western Armenian as a community except if they are students in theology that have moved to the Armenian Quarter of Jerusalem from Armenia or something.
